Great location - we went to Nakomis Beach and North Jetty Beach several times. Being so close made it easy to go multiple times per day. Easy checkin and checkout process, would recommend this for beach goers.

Well-appointed home with comfortable beds and bedding. Easy walk to good dinner spots with live music on the weekend, and easy walk to the beach. Even with 3 kids and all the beach gear in the wagon it made more sense to walk than drive to the beach. Very responsive host.

Great family vacation spot

Great location for walking to the beach and local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and all the extra beach amenities that came with the property.

We had the most wonderful 10 day stay! The home was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, and had everything we needed to be able to cook or have a day at the beach. We loved the location too, so close to restaurants and the beautiful beaches. The host was also super communicative with anything that came up during our stay. Will definitely come back to this home for another visit!

Early 4th of July weekend

We all enjoyed our stay very much. The home is very well decorated, furnished and equipped, and the proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants is great, We nope to be back!

Most awesome location

We absolutely loved the location of this house, only about 5 minute walk to Nokomis Beach. House was very well appointed and was super clean. Hosts were very responsive to any questions that we had. Would highly recommend this place.

Poco cottage

A wonderful cottage. Nicely furnished and decorated . It had everything we needed. Including beach items. We can’t wait to go again.

Great place to stay!

I appreciated how clean the home was and the amenities provided. The only mild criticism is there is a light on the ground right outside the 2nd bedroom window that makes it difficult to sleep until it shuts off.

This home is just minutes away from the beach! We love that you can walk there, to some restaurants and get ice cream. Its a quite beach community, safe, and friendly. Welcome to Florida living.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The home is newly remodeled, specifically we love the split floor plan that we designed that gives the master-room plenty of privacy from the rest of the home. The outdoor shower is a nice amenity to have when you get back from the beach to wash the excess sand off, and of course having a washer and dryer so you don’t have to return home with loads of laundry is always a plus.
