Home was perfect and relaxing! Family and I had a wonderful time relaxing in the home as well as on the dock, watching the sun rise and set as well as fishing. Would definitely recommend and stay here in the future!

I really like this place. The location and amenities are perfect for our family. I've stayed here twice, and I plan on returning. It could have been a little cleaner this time, but I think they were affected by the hurricane and rushed. I like that the kitchen has everything you need for a beach vacation and fish/crab prep. We caught dinner from the dock at the house and had some awesome sunsets. We will be back!

Nice quiet location,had plenty of trails to walk,house had everything we needed,beds were comfortably,if ever in the area again id come back here,

When we arrived we found everything to be better than advertised. Everything we needed was there. We loved the decor and the layout. The game room was so perfect for our kids. It was comfortable and clean. We saw dolphins in the bay every morning and fished black tip shark at dusk. The only questions we had were answered very quickly. Beachball Properties were easy to get in touch with and always responded. The whole process was just simple and friendly. We will be coming back next year and will contacting Beachball again, hopefully for the same house. It was so refreshing to stay somewhere that didn't feel like we were ending our day, but coming home.

Awesome house great location

Loved this spot on the bay. The house was beautiful and clean. Enjoyed the game room playing pool with my husband. We also enjoyed fishing off the pier. We caught trout, redfish, croakers and catfish using live shrimp and crabs. We also enjoyed our time at the beach.

Good place to stay

Loved the pier great location. Perfect place to fish and relax. Giving 4/5 cause it ciuld use better cleaning and maybe new leaving room rug and chair. Overall great home. Would come again

Wonderful

Had an amazing time. House was perfect. Area is peaceful and relaxing. Dolphins everyday, several times a day. Caught nice speckled trout, flounder right off the dock.

Great Family Retreat

The property had enough room for everyone to relax. From playing pool, to cooking, and especially fishing, there was something for everyone. The covered dock was a favorite for our amateur anglers. We had beautiful views over the bay and lots of variety of fish were biting. We are already planning our next stay!

We had a wonderful time at Bay Dreamin . Everything was just as it was mentioned. The dock was the main reason that I booked it and we fished every day. House was clean and beautiful. Will book again

The best time.

My kids, husband, and I had the best time. This was our first annual beach trip, we generally go to the lake. We loved the peacefulness of the bay while enjoying a very short drive to a public beach when we wanted. We are very much looking forward to next year.

Loved the property especially the view from the screened porch. I would suggest cutting back the vegetation from the driveway. Difficult to see when pulling onto the road.

Pretty view

Great view. Loved the pelicans and herons. Bed was very comfortable. Nice and clean. It was missing a hair dryer. No big deal.

Fantastic property. Very quiet and relaxing, just what we were looking for in a rental. The fishing was also fantastic and if you enjoy dolphin watching, its worth the stay. Only issue, was the road into it was a bit rough and unfinished and kind of hard to find. Some of the party had to do a few passes before locating the correct turn in. It looks like new development so that should be resolved hopefully soon. Definitely would rent again.

Pros and Cons

Pros is covered pier, outside shower and garage loading and unloading is great for weather reasons. Cons Polyester sheets way too large for bed and HOT, only non-stick cookware for use, No working Kuerig; need usb outlets for charging and stepping stones to pier would keep so much sand out of the house.

Bay Dreamin

The house was overall good. Had issues with door code and cable tv. The biggest draw back was that you can't see to pull out the driveway. Bushes need cut back from the road.

Everything was perfect / except ants in the back yard

It was one of the best family times. The customer service was very friendly. The house was very nice and well organized. sunset and sunrise a unique view from the back porch Only a small accident during our stay my little son was bitten by many ants he stepped on an ant pile in the back yard, to whom it may concern, if they could do something with the ant pile to prevent future ant bites to other children or even adults. His trip was ruined by those ants.

Secluded Relaxation

Property was as advertised. Arrived the door code did not work an hour to get in. Once in the HVAC system was on a timer which was not acceptable for us a day to fix. The cable and internet were not operational took a day to fix. Once we worked through the initial problems the stay was very enjoyable.

Just ok...

Overall, the home was just okay. It was noticeably not very clean when we arrived. For example, there was several clumps of hair in the master shower, master tub had debris from previous use in it. We had an issue with the AC while there, but it was promptly fixed. There were other small things like remotes not working properly for TV, stove would not preheat, master toilet is not sealed to floor... We did really enjoy the bay and the dock. Overall, just needs some updating/maintenance and more thorough cleaning.
