Small condo nestled in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED. Property has full small kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen beds. single pull-out sleeper in LR, very small dining area with 4 stools. Condo is located just a short walk from swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, kayak/canoe rentals, mini golf, rose walk trail, kids' playground, gift shop/coffee shop, Stuart Auditorium, Memorial Chapel, Corneille Bryan Garden. Minutes from Lake Junaluska Golf Course, Maggie Maggie Valley Country Club, Waynesville Country Club, several downtown areas with unique dining and shopping, Tony’s Tube World and Cataloochee Ski Area. 30 Minute drive to Asheville (Biltmore House)
or Cherokee (Harrah’s Casino). Kitchen includes Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, tabletop outdoor gas grill (gas included), crock pot, George Foreman indoor grill, pots/pans, toaster, toaster oven, baking sheets, hand mixer, plates/cups/silverware, paper products, all bathroom/bedding/kitchen linens. Small amenities/toiletries (easily forgotten at home) are available. Front porch is great for your morning coffee or late afternoon quiet time and there is a back stoop with small patio area. Heated with baseboard heat and cooled with window air conditioner units. Self check-in with keyless entry. Free Wifi and ROKU TV access Please note there is no dishwasher. *Coffee, creamer, tea, sugar, snacks and other small kitchen necessities are included.

Most activities and venues at Lake Junaluska Conference Ctr are within walking distance. Please note there are steps to access the property. 9 steps to front sidewalk and 3 steps to porch. See pics.

A quiet retreat with all necessities. Lisa was amazing to communicate with and made sure everything was as advertised. Close to the lake and conference center. Will definitely book again.

We were visiting family so only was looking for clean place to sleep and shower, we love lake junaluska so cost, cleanliness, and friendly host was just perfect for our trip!

What a cute cozy place to get away! Lisa was very attentive and really had everything at her place that we could need or want. She has thought of everything! While the home was not right on the lake it’s just a very short walk down a quiet private drive. Couldn’t ask for better away from the main road but a hop skip and jump to the lake. The Lake walking trail is fantastic! The little cafe Crepes and Custard is right there close also and is very good. Would highly recommend Lisa and the s”lake area as a perfect getaway!

Amazing location and a tidy and functional space for 2 ppl to enjoy. Only a short walk to the lake and great location to get to many other destinations. Lisa is a very responsive host as well.

This place was perfect for us! It was quiet and incredibly comfortable. The host communicated well, and there were many thoughtful touches throughout the condo. (I hate to call it a condo, because that really doesn’t do justice to the home-like feel. It is close Maggie Valley and to Waynesville; and, with the lake, the location is superb! We definitely intend to come back here. ❤️

Lisa’s cozy lake home was very welcoming and clean with comfortable beds. Aside from having plenty of towels, soaps, dishware and glasses, Lisa provided many small extras (eg. coffee, condiments, snacks, umbrellas) to make our stay enjoyable. The dead end street location is a short walk to the lake, pool, tennis/pickleball courts and meeting spaces yet is quiet and peaceful. Like much of the homes at Lake Junaluska, this is an older home which required us to run the a/c regularly to keep it comfortable. We thank Lisa for sharing her home with us and would not hesitate to stay here again!

The best location - seriously, if you haven't been to Lake Junaluska, I cannot recommend it highly enough. Lisa is a very thoughtful host who was always quick to respond if we had a question. The condo is very comfortable and easy to love.

The Landing is in a fantastic location. We enjoyed the Native Garden, which was very close. And, we enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch. Lisa is a kind and considerate host.

My place is centrally located between Cherokee and Asheville. It is a short drive to many attractions but is also a short walk to all the amenities that the conference center properties offer.

The property is metaled into a small quiet neighborhood on the grounds of the Lake Junaluska Conference & Retreat Center. Ideal for couples or small families. It is within walking distance of most amenities at the conference center and is centrally located between Asheville and Cherokee. Lots of unique shopping and dining experiences. Many walking trails within 30 minute drive.
