Lovely secluded place with a large house for a cabin. Met with a few friends for the weekend. Liked that we were able to shoot some pool. The beds were comfortable. It’s a very quiet place and you can hear the birds singing while you sit outside and have your coffee. Kitchen was missing a couple of basic items but nothing to have heartburn over. Overall we had a great time. The owner is very friendly.

Truly peaceful and just as described. Do not skip Hillbillyz, Sister Creek Winery, and Cave with no name. This is the best place to unwind!

This house was not what we expected . The surrounding are great and the check in is even better. We found the front door unlocked and open. The back door can not be locked. The kitchenette has what you expect, a hot plate and no stove. The beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, the house is in need of good maintenance and cleaning. The bathroom doors are dirty and the shower head is broken. There is no fire extinguisher in the holder nor any working smoke detectors. Of the three pool sticks, all but one is broken and the good one has a crack. The washing machine was broke and you would have to take your dirty clothes to the owners house for cleaning. This was a nice suggestion from the owners, but not practical. The house is part of a venue for weddings, etc. and appears to be used for bride or groom parties. The worse part was finding a hole in the walls and a big hole in the ceiling that opened into the attic. This is the first property we have been disappointed with, but it could be brought up to standards.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Place smells, not as advertised! Refer to Roger’s review. He said it all. This place isn’t worth the price/value and should be pulled from site. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Clearly the “positive” reviews ate fake and from people they know.

We were a family group of 10. There is so much to explore here. We absolutely loved Jacob’s Creek for swimming & relaxing. We really loved Buck joining us for swimming and a hike! Overall we all loved it and it’s just what the family needed.
