This beautifully decorated beachfront studio offers plenty of space for up to 4 guests to enjoy your Panama City Beach getaway! This unit boasts 2 Queen sized beds, a table for four and additional seating to sit back and enjoy the amazing views. The kitchenette is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, dishware, flatware, cooking essentials, coffee pot, the basic necessities!

Top of the Gulf's amenities include a large main pool, kiddie pool, snack bar area (seasonal), charcoal grills, sundeck w/ lounge chairs, community outdoor showers, outdoor dining area, game room, fitness center and shuffleboard/cornhole court.

Important Notes:
- Parking: There is an additional one-time Resort Fee of $30 (subject to change) to be paid upon arrival that includes 1 Parking Pass. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. Max 1 vehicle per HOA restrictions.
- There are shared, coin-operated laundry facilities on every even-numbered floor.
- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age requirement: All guests must be accompanied by someone 21 years of age or older who is staying in the unit.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- Wristbands are required to be worn by the pool area and left behind at departure. There is a $50 charge for a lost or damaged wristband.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.

Perfect for family with small kids

This was perfect for our family of 3. Convenient location and wasn’t too busy. The only complaint I had was that you have to keep the air on 70, and we like to freeze when we sleep but other than that it was great!

Everything was great. The only complaint was that one bed sagged in the middle and the other at the top. Very clean, easy access to elevators and beach.

Girls trip/family vacation

The 1st 4 days was my girls trip and when the girls left my family came and stayed! I was there 10 days total and it was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Spring Break

Condo is as described in listing. Great price for a week stay. Booked the room for 3 and ended up being 4 of us. We made it work with one bathroom. Only downside is the tub drained slowly. I didn’t bother calling the property manager. Bring beach towels and plan to wash linens for bathroom and kitchen if staying more than 3 days. Loved that they had beach chairs available to use!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, okay. Not the fanciest. Definitely had some wear and tear. Room looks like pictures though. View was great. Don’t like how you can’t turn temp under 70. When thermostat at 70 felt like 75. Slept on better mattresses in other places. Served it’s purpose though

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time over a long weekend stay. Great location! Easy walk to the beach. Great pool. Even had beach toys in the unit. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the room was clean, but definitely not exceptionally clean. The floor was "sticky" and the light fixture over the table had spider webs and dirt all over it. The tub did not drain. The maintenance staff responded quickly to our call and came to unclog the drain. It worked much better, but still didn't drain well. The staff onsite were very nice and the check-in and check-out processes were a breeze! We would stay there again, but there were just a few little things that weren't "5-star" in our minds.

Front desk clerk needs more training

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall condo was nice, clean, and basic. The first 2 days we were there we saw the clerk degrade employees in front of us, very unprofessional and also saw her argue with a guest over her having to put the armband on, after being told several times by the guest she can put it on herself, the clerk said “Do you have a phobia? If I catch you without it I’ll get you!” She definitely gives the whole experience a sour taste! Will not stay there again. My husband tore his armband off in his sleep, we had it on us and were stopped leaving the property and charged $5 for a replacement..ridiculous

This was our second stay here. The room is perfectly located for everything. Clean, comfortable…that’s all you need. The water was pretty gross this week, but that’s beyond anyone’s control. Accommodations met all expectations…only hiccup we had was they locked the laundry room 40 minutes early and I couldn’t get my clothes to the dryer on our last night.

Escaping to PCB

The listing was perfect. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We were conveniently located to activities and restaurants. The room was comfy with beautiful views from the bed! The hosts were quick to respond to all my inquiries. Would definitely use again!
