Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was beautifully decorated and was very clean. It was obvious the owner and RealJoy take a lot of pride in their property!

Short vacation

The location was great. We loved the ease of walking from the condo right to the beach. The condo was on the main strip by many places to shop and eat .

BEST STAY EVER!

My goodness! The room! The views! Everything was soooo amazing! My husband and i went to a bike event and this room is to die for! Everything was so clean, and it was extrmely cozy! 10/10 recomend!

Nice winter getaway

Overall the location was great. Steps from the water. Unaware they were spaying for bugs while we were there, don’t have a problem with the spaying it would have been nice to know. They would have come in even if we weren’t there.

First let’s start with the good. It is a smaller place it’s cute but kinda cramped especially in the kitchen. But it’s doable. The shades do not cover the whole sliding glass door area so the whole day the sun is beating through the glass, though it is tinted. Now the bad. A/C barely works and wouldn’t cool the place lower than 75-76. And they asked me to try and mess with it. I didn’t come here to mess with their place. I also didn’t come to barely get sleep because it was so hot. Multiple messages were sent and received yet we have stayed here 6 days and nothing has been done. We will never stay here again. We hoped they would fix it, they haven’t. Just warning anyone who is even considering this place. Wouldn’t have been so bad nor would I have left a bad review had they done something to fix it. But I guess they don’t care about their guests.

The property was just as listed. Very clean everything worked in condo and was spotless when we arrived. The view of beach was amazing. Super easy to get get downstairs and onto the beach. The beach had chairs and umbrellas we rented. Right next door was pineapple Willy’s. (Would recommend eating an hr earlier than normally if you go but well worth the wait if you don’t)

Really cute unit

The view of the beach was on point. The place was clean, however the building seems a little old and I did see a household pest in the kitchen. I didn’t have or leave any food on the counter so I’m going to say it’s because of the age and frequency of use of the building or just a one off. The location was perfect.

Room was great besides most of the blinds being broken off. Reached out to host/rental company and was very responsive in the beginning. They said they would try to have someone come out the next day and try to have them repaired. Whole day went by and no repairs or communication from company. I reached back out about an update and they said they were informed to give me a call when someone was coming. I reached out on day 2night about day 3 if someone was coming. Was ignored after I informed them it was a privacy issue at night since you could literally see into the condo. Also had one of the main bathroom lights out the entire trip and also informed them of this at time of check in and they said it would be passed along as well as the blinds. Make sure you also take large trash bags because the trash can they give you is a literal bathroom can for the kitchen and can hold maybe one meal for two people tops. We’ve stayed at this complex for the last 10 years and have always loved it but the management company was one of the worst I’ve dealt with thus far.

Condo stY

When we arrived the condo was pretty;however there we several things that needed repair. The vertical blinds were pretty much destroyed with at least 6 slats missing on the front window. No cold water in the kitchen sink and a leak under the sink so a baking dish was put under the pipe to catch the water.. The toilet was loose on the floor causing a rocking when sat on. The bedroom curtain rod was coming down and the bathroom white cabinet was filthy along with the baseboard next to the tub. Worth w baseboards by the ton.

Condo - Sunbird Condominiums

Condo was perfect for just the 2 of us. Any more would have been too many. The dishes were dirty, I had to run them through the dishwasher. Plenty of paper towels, dish washing detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags. Only 1 kitchen towel & 1 dishrag. The dishwasher needs cleaning inside. Directions need to be left for renters to know how to turn on the ice maker and the television remote. The remotes were very sticky. Not blaming the owners, I'm blaming the people they are paying to clean the condo. Nice accommodations for 2, but no more. Low water pressure (cold) in kitchen/shower. Easy access to beach and pool. Easy walk to Pineapple Willy's!

A Beautiful balcony view and a good location do not give a pass for cleanliness or comfort. I do not know how this unit is rated as a premier host based on its current condition. Inadequately maintained, dirty and falling apart would better describe this unit. The other reviews mention broken blinds and dirty cabinets/baseboards which are all true but there is more I will name a few. The front door lock barely locks & looks like it’s been broken multiple times, wood is busted etc. The balcony blinds are inoperable with one gross cloth chair on the balcony, every rug should be thrown out, the baseboards in the bathroom are disgusting & seems like so many surfaces have just been possible repainted instead of cleaned. Curtain rods missing, towel rod missing and the trash can sizes are a joke. The vent in the bedroom which blows directly on the bed is furry with black mold around the wall. Above the bed also has chipping paint on the ceiling throughout the room. The entire unit ceiling has a layer of gray/black film on the ceiling which is highly concerning not knowing if it’s from mold or years of dirt, either way it’s not pleasant to see. I do not write bad reviews & debated if I should waste the time on this but I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this was by far the worst one. Also I was at the pool with my son for a few minutes tossed him a ball a few feet away & a female security guard stopped that quick! You can’t toss a ball. I will say security at the gate was very nice.
