This guest apartment was completely WONDERFUL surpassed only by the incredible ocean view… don’t hesitate for a moment to book it… Met all our needs!!!

Beautiful spot overlooking the harbor! The outside space is divine with plenty of comfortable seating, grill and fire pit. The unit inside is small but has everything you need. The gas stove and decor is adorable. The ceilings and doorways are low, my partner at just over 6ft had to be careful. They also didn’t fit in the shower standing up. The double bed in the bedroom needs a new mattress. Next time we will bring a topper! Overall a great time walking the point and enjoying the harbor views.

What a wonderful place for a few days of R&R! The sea wall is a perfect coffee spot in the morning, book reading in the afternoon, and a cocktail in the evening. We will be back, but this time we will be armed with bark collars for our two yappy little friends.

We had a great stay in Harpswell! Very easy check in and the hosts were super sweet. The cottage had some great local recommendations and we loved watching the sunset from the back yard.

We had a great time! The cottage is very cute and rustic with an amazing ocean view and deck. The cottage had lots of charm and was reminiscent of an old ship. We would definitely stay again.

Coastal Gem

Ed and Barbara were lovely hosts. The views from the patio were spectacular.

Harpswell Cottage

We had a lovely time. Quiet, sea breezes, dolphins, lobster boats, beach walks and sunshine. What more could you ask for. Our hosts were really nice and friendly, but not at all intrusive.Certainly a place to come back to!

Charming rental with a beautiful view of the water and gorgeous sunsets! The management was friendly and accommodating. “The cabin” was fully stocked with things you may need or may have forgotten. The water has a smell to it, so they provide a water jug dispenser to use for fresh water to drink. My cousin and I had a wonderful time!

Very special space

My dog Pippa and I had a perfect 3-day escape in this cozy space. The view from daybreak to sunset is amazing! The location on the end of Pott’s Point is stunning. Very comfortable bed, lovely shower, great little kitchen area. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Absolutely will hope to stay again.

A Return to Bayberry Lodge

This was our second trip to Bayberry Lodge and we were again delighted with the location, the property, the caretakers and the community. This is a very comfortable accommodation with a spectacular view. My favorite part of our trip was spotting seals in Casco Bay from our window, hopping in my Kayak and giving "chase," with the seals definitely playing hide and seek with me. We hope to return again soon!

Peaceful paradise

This is my tenth year renting here. Million dollar view and beautiful sunsets. Property has everything you need all the comforts of home .

Great stay

My husband and I arrived late on a Saturday night. Ms Margaret waited up on us and gave us a tour of the cottage. We had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage is located right on the waters edge. Beautiful sunsets. It's a drive out but if u want privacy and a great view, this is the place.

Little Beauty on the Coast

My husband and I celebrated our 40th anniversary in this sweet little place right on Potts Harbor. It was perfect for the two of us with just the right amount of charm and the most beautiful views. Morning coffee was a daily ritual on the deck watching the fishing boats coming and going.Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating. We will go back in a heartbeat! Thank you so much.
