Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Bay Mariner. The owners are so great and other renters friendly too!! We’d stay more if we could afford it!!

Bay Harbor

The property has a good location, so easy to get to beach. The pool area was clean and convenient, also. The condo was well stocked with beach, pool and kitchen items. The property had been listed as no pets but we found abundant pet hair in the condo when we arrived. That was disappointing!

We're happy to hear how much you enjoyed the super convenient location and the proximity to Indian Shores Beach as well as the heated waterfront pool and hot tub at the complex. We apologize for any pet hair found, the owners are allowed to have pets, but guests are not permitted. We will check into this and make sure the unit is more thoroughly deep cleaned if the owner has a pet with them while they use their condo in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apartment was very nice. Great location. However, there were too many pool rules.This place is for people in their 70's & 80's. Not young seniors. Although, most people were friendly.

Thank you for your review and feedback! We are happy you loved the location and condo. As for the pool rules and community, we do not have control over either of those items. The pool and hot tub rules are pretty standard across the beaches, and the community has a variety of people of all ages, so sorry you did not get to meet all the wonderful neighbors.

Bay Mariner, Indian Shores

We attended in April. Wonderful quiet property during our stay. Clean inside and out. Not really good for young children, as the pool is in the center court, and every unit on this "U" can hear all the noise. Also strict no-swimming after sunset. Our unit had been updated, and has a beachy theme. Bathrooms do need some renovations from the early 70's. Fully stocked with beach & regular towels / beach chairs. Kitchen, with spices, most dry staples to get you started.

Unfortunately nearly every community on the beaches has a strict no swimming after sunset rule, for safety reasons and noise reasons. Thank you for staying with us and enjoying Indian Shores with us!

Wonderful Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bay Mariner 230 is located right across the street from the Gulf. It was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and had almost everything one needs. We will be back next year for another 2 month stay.
