Lani Hale Kai - Beautiful Princeville Villa with AC, Hot Tub & Tropical Views

This beautiful Princeville home, known as Lani Hale Kai, can be found on a quiet cul-de-sac in the resort community of Princeville on the North Shore of Kaua'i. Surrounded by palm trees and colorful tropical landscaping, you'll find plenty of privacy to this pristine two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath home, which also features a spacious covered lanai.

Australian cypress hardwood floors run throughout this 2,600 square foot residence combined with high vaulted ceilings providing an open and spacious feel. The upstairs master bedroom enjoys a king-size bed, air conditioning, and en suite bathroom. Upstairs also enjoys an entertainment room with a separate lanai showcasing gorgeous views of the nearby Princeville Makai Woods Golf Course, course lake, and the distant emerald green mountains.

On the ground floor, enjoy cooking in the upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a 6-burner gas Wolf range. Just off the kitchen, the living and dining areas provide an open indoor/outdoor concept with two separate lanai slider doors that lead to an expansive covered lanai. Sharing the ground floor is a guest bedroom complete with a king-size bed, it's own private bath, and air conditioning. A third bedroom, adjacent to a full guest bath, provides a queen-size bed and private lanai.

Enjoy world class golfing, tennis courts, quaint shops & local dining, scenic walking paths and more all within Princeville resort. The north shore of Kaua'i is lined with an abundance of stunning picturesque white sandy beaches, and all just a short drive away.

Additional Information:
- AC in every bedroom + upstairs living/entertainment room.
- Accommodations include a queen sized air mattress to sleep 8, please request at time of booking.
- 2 bedrooms downstairs, master suite upstairs.
- Located in the quiet community of Princeville. Princeville is located on a bluff and because of this, most properties are not walking distance to a beach. This house is about 30 minutes walking distance to the nearest beach access which requires a steep decline hiking down to it. Not recommended for the elderly or those that are hiking challenged.
- Kauai is a rural island. As such, having a vehicle is recommended to get the most out of your trip.

This exceptional home comes with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, surf board, snorkel gear, beach umbrellas, coolers, and flotation devices for guests to enjoy.

A nice quiet location on the north shore! We enjoyed being so close to Hanalei. The house had everything you could possibly need. We will absolutely be back again.

We loved staying here with our family of 6 and two grandkids. It’s incredibly peaceful. You feel like you’re staying in the jungle because you don’t look out to neighbors, just beautiful plants and flowers, along with chirping birds. Also, having a bathroom for each bedroom was the best! We thoroughly enjoyed morning coffee on the Lania along with hot tubbing. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was beautiful and in the perfect location. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Kauai.

Princeville House

We had a lovely time - the house was clean, spacious and comfortable for all 8 of us! The location was convenient to shops, groceries, restaurants and most importantly - beautiful beaches!

Great house

We had a great stay at this house. The house was lovely with a lot of space. The hot tub was an added bonus on the breezy Kauai nights. We had a great time.

Princeville Paradise

We had a wonderful stay! The house was, large, clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is great with close proximity to the market, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend this house for families or groups who are looking for a comfortable place to stay while on the north shore of Kauai.

Great Stay. Would do it again

My family enjoyed the stay at the unit. We were very comfortable and the only downside was that the beds were too far on the soft side but that’s just not our preference. Local shops and restaurants are close by and Hanalei was a short 10-12min drive.

Great home for our family vacation

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house is spacious and well maintained. Jason was very easy going and accommodating. We were close to everything the north shore of Kauai has to offer. We had a great time and we will return here for our next trip to Kauai.

Beautiful Home

The home was everything it advertised and then some. We really enjoyed all of the outdoor space. There was plenty of space for six adults to fully enjoy our time in beautiful Kauai. Would definitely recommend to others.Great location to good restaurants and ice cream.

This home is a gem!

We loved our stay in Princeville! This wonderful home had it all - a quiet location, wonderful, spacious spaces in which to gather as well as lovely bedrooms and adjoining baths. We enjoyed the large deck and loved hot tubbing under the bright stars. The kitchen was well-appointed and we had everything we needed.

This house was amazing. It was right on the golf course. It has a beautiful array of plants that really helped make the property fairly private. It was in walking distance (10 min walk) from queens bath & fairly close driving to pretty much everything to do in the northern part of Kauai. There was also a couple beaches in walking distance. The property manager was so lovely and responded so fast. Check in process was so easy. As well as check out. Highly recommend this property!

House was build a number of years ago, but exceeded our expectations. all 3 bedrooms were great, two with on-suite, third was very convenient to it's own bathroom. Plenty of room for a lot of people. you'll need your own car. Lots of beaches to explore. If you want to eat out, we found the Weston hotel a great place (and very competitive to other options for $$) There are steps in the living and master bedroom not the fastest internet, but no issues staying connected anywhere in the house or decks. Our Roku device worked great and the upstairs family room TV was really nice.
