Our rentals are start and end on Saturdays. We highly recommend you purchase the VRBO Travel Insurance. Please make sure you read our policy on cancellations prior to booking. We have a professional cleaning service to ensure the house and linens are clean and sanitized upon your arrival. If you notice something isn’t working or needs replacement or needs to be repaired. please let us know during your stay so we may address it. Please don’t wait until you decide to review the property or months later - we don’t live there and appreciate it if our guests let us know immediately! Thank you!

Please let us know if you want to heat /cool the pool as the gauge is under a lock box. It can take up to 24 hours to heat / cool the pool.

* We provide up to 4 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella. These items do rust and there is no guarantee on the condition - these have been updated and newly purchased in 2024.

* Secure private fenced property & landscaped yard, privacy fence, and automatic gate to enter property. Code for gate required.
* Dock for fishing in the canal (Boat is NOT available to rent). You have access to Kayaks included with your rental (use at your own risk) if you accidentally break something- please let us know so we can have it repaired or replaced asap.

Since we do not live there, we have service providers to maintain the property. They have access to the gate. The service providers include (but are not limited to) weekly pool maintenance, weekly lawn care, and exterior pest control (including mosquitos).

This is a great location for fishing and kayaking. Be careful around the pool, dock, using the kayaks and watch your small children and pet (if applicable).

The property is minutes from the Inter-Coastal and a short ride to the Gulf. One mile by water to Siesta Key beaches, and 3 miles to Siesta Key Public Beach by car. Bring your small boat for some of the best fishing on the gulf coast. Our property is close to shopping and restaurants.
