Very nice home close to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and the kids loved all the beach time.

This is a quaint house. Owners were good at communicating. Half bathroom is very small so I designated my little ones to use. House is not updated but everything is kept very clean. Close to the beach.

The owner expected us to do laundry. The machine was so outdated couldnt eeven fit the sheets. No laundry detergent provided. The owner asked us to put trash out for pick up

Our large capacity Speed Queen washer and dryer are 6 years old and in excellent condition. Laundry detergent is next to the washer in a large plastic white container with a lid. We ask all guest, prior to departure, that they have a load of towels washed and, in the dryer, and a set of sheets in the washing machine. Housekeeping finishes the remaining laundry and cleans the entire house for the next guests. Since these guests were the last guests before trash pick-up day, we asked if they would take the trash to the curb. This has been our departure requests for all guest for the past 18 years.

Nicely located. Clean. Convenient to town center and beach. Good on-street parking and renter/owner communication. Limited household amenities. Could use an interior refresh and bathroom updating.

Bay Cottage was charming, comfortable and the location was just perfect. We could walk to the beach in less than a minute. It is well stocked and beds were very comfortable. We loved the layout and the boys loved all the games. We especially enjoyed the big screened in porch in the evening and the outdoor shower in the back for getting all the sand off. Our hosts were wonderful and communicated with us from the time we booked and even called once we got settled to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Bay Cottage!
