Full of character 3B/2Ba 1900s 2nd floor unit in the best neighborhood of Lexington: Chevy Chase! Decorated with an industrial bourbon and horses theme, perfect for your stay in Lexington.
Less than a minute walk to Bella's Cafe, Joella's Hot Chicken, Walgreens Pharmacy, a hardware store and a dry cleaner.
2 blocks from Chevy Chase Place, the legendary Bourbon n' Toulouse, Chevy Chase Inn (oldest bar in Lex), Graeter's Ice Cream, Kroger Supermarket and many more.
Less than a mile from Kroger Field and UK Campus.

Great place to stay for taking in all that U/K and Lexington have to offer. Love the Chevy Chase area near UK and was able to walk to everything there. Plenty of room for family games, watching a late night movie and not disturbing others that turn in early, and even getting a little work done in the office space. Charming and cozy decor. The 2 car garage space was an extra bonus and made it feel like home!

Had some communication problems at first regarding parking, but it was all resolved and we enjoyed the stay! Cute place, great location

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was really well maintained and decorated beautifully. We appreciated all the essentials that were included in the house and how clean it was. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Lexington trip

We had our family seeing Lexington for the first time. Location was great and close to campus and lots of great places to eat that were close by within walking distance. The house was great! Very roomy and had everything we needed!

Everything was just as advertised, loved the closeness to the UK campus which was the reasons we were there. Would definitely stay there on our next trip to Lexington!!!

Great property and neighborhood

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Very spacious, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. Loved being walking distance to many restaurants and bars. All the wait staff was so friendly. Really enjoyed my weekend away. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a great stay!

We stayed at this location for my daughter's UK graduation. We had an amazing trip and experience. The owner was great to work with and we had no issues. We will definitely be back if we are back in town!

Great location

This location was a great surprise. The accommodations were great, beds comfortable and I loved that it was walking distance to stores and restaurants. We did walk to Kroger field but it did take a long time. Would definitely stay again.

Love this property!

This is our second time staying at this property and again it was a great choice. The property is wonderful, just as described, and in a great location. The host is wonderfully responsive when we had questions and had a bit of trouble with the AC unit. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone anyone staying in Lexington!

Nice place!

We were in Lexington for my daughter to compete at the KY Horse park. The place was plenty big for all of us. Very responsive management. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby— surprisingly good dining options. Will stay there again.

It was a perfect space for the four of us. Well appointed and close to everything. We were doing college tours with our son, but this would be great for anyone visiting Lexington. Loved it

Great everything!

Absolutely loved everything about this home! Such charm, space and convenience to downtown Chevy Chase and UK campus. Love the flexibility of the host and the ability to entertain at this home. We had a great time with our family and hosting a gathering for the Easter holiday. Hoping to stay her again soon!
