What a delightful home!! There were even bags of toiletries in each room. The kitchen had water, soda and popcorn available as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and we look forward to returning!

Great family home for Lexington KY

The house is in a nice neighborhood and was beautifully decorated. We stayed for two nights and the home was perfect for our short 2 day trip. Would definitely stay there again.

A terrific area! Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the New Circle exit. There's a neighborhood park behind the home and ducks have been through the yard. Neighbors are nice and it's safe for families and groups. We love it here! House was clean and well appointed. Highly Recommended!

Bourbon Trail Trip

Our stay was fantastic. We rented the house so we could hit the Bourbon trail. The house was perfect for 3 couples. It had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again if we were in Lexington.

Fun time in Lexington

Good location to the activities that we had on our list to do. Would have liked to spend time in the backyard but the cushions on the outside furniture were wet. The yard needs a little work.

Came into town for Kentucky game

Very nice property. Plenty of space and just about everything one would need to cook a meal. Living room TV could be a little bigger but adequate. Didn't use outdoor furniture, brought our own chairs. Overall a nice clean property. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient and Cute

Really great stay at a property located close to Keeneland. We were in town for a wedding, and the venue was just minutes away, making this home logistically more ideal than area hotels. But what made the stay fabulous was the extra space and hospitality of the hosts. They truly thought of everything - extra toiletry items, a sewing kit, books, games, and guides to local attractions. Don’t hesitate to stay!

Cute house in Lexington

Our family stayed 4 nights at the property. The neighborhood/location was a pleasant surprise and the house looked very nice and accurate to the listing. It was wonderful to have more space than a hotel room for the same price! When reading other reviews we anticipated some cleanliness issues, but found the house to be mostly clean except for some “deep cleaning” issues (ex: mold in toilet/washing machine; spider webs/cobwebs in corners). The property has been partially updated with nice finishes in kitchens and bathrooms, but some light maintenance needs to be done (ex: chipped marked up paint; small stains on furniture; baseboards). Overall the price for the quality was a plus for us and we would consider staying there again if we are ever back in Lex.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

This was one of the most disgusting houses I have ever been in. Every surface had a stain on it. We had to leave around 9 pm because we decided we could not sit or laydown anywhere in the filth. I contacted the host and VRBO when I did not hear back from the host after 12 hours. VRBO told me I would hear from Kentucky Life about a refund, but after 2 weeks, I heard nothing. I had to reach out to VRBO again today, and I'm being gaslit about the policies. This has been the biggest headache- I should have stuck to hotels. It was clean and friendly, and there were people there to HELP if I needed it.

Yes the property was pet friendly and the adjacent park was a big plus for the dogs. The house was very clean and the host was terrific throughout the stay. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms for our stay. The backyard / patio could be updated but overall a very good experience.
