We had a great time here. Very clean and comfortable for 3 adults to stay. We really appreciated being able to exit out the back gate and walk to the shopping/restaurant area a few minutes away. There is also a Whole Foods there in case of last minute grocery needs. The hosts were very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Lexington in the future.

The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It smelled (and looked) very clean. We were visiting our daughter at UK and the house was convenient to her and the restaurants that we visited. I had a little difficulty opening the front door at check-in but texted with the host who responded quickly and solved the problem. Love the location by the Summit and the backyard was very comfortable for hanging out.

In town for family wedding in Versailles ..lovely, clean, close to everything, bedding smelled fresh! Kitchen had everything you needed & home well appointed! Host very responsive. Would stay there again.

This is a very well-stocked and family-friendly house! The fenced back yard and covered porch is amazing for children! We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood.

Nice home, perfect for our group of six. Location was most notable-within 10-15 minutes of airport, race track, downtown and great restaurants. Walking distance to good shopping.

The house was just as advertised. Cute neighborhood and very convenient for all we wanted to do. We could walk to Fritz Farm for dinner out the back gate. Super easy. Good parking, great fenced back yard and rear porch. Comfortable home with all you would need for a few day stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. My family and I loved eating lunch and breakfast on the covered deck in the back. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms were nice and clean with plenty of towels and other things we needed. Having Fritz Farm within walking distance made dining out and shopping super easy. We also enjoyed being able to do laundry when needed. Our trip to Ravens Run and the Kentucky Horse Park was amazing. We also had a great adventure kayaking at Harrington Lake. Thank you for such great hospitality! We hope to come back again soon.

This home was very clean and well stocked and the amenities were very nice. The beds were so comfortable, and we loved the tv and backyard too! Host responsiveness was quick and helpful, especially when there was a wind-related power outage in the middle of the night. We liked how easy it was to get to the shopping at The Summit, and how quiet the neighborhood was. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Beautiful home. Stayed over Easter to visit my son who attends UK. Host was wonderful. Quick response. Let me check in half hour early which was nice after driving 6 hours from out of state. Clean and spacious house. Outside sitting area and fenced in yard were very enjoyable. Super nice to have 2 bathrooms:) Thank you! Xo

Overall great experience, some of the drawers were dated/loose, so we had to remeber yo open gingerly. we would have liked a knife sharpener. The host was great and provided additional seating for a couple larger dinners with the kids and grandkid.
