Welcome to 4207 Mariners Watch in East Beach, featuring stunning ocean views with beach access on Boardwalk 17. This fully renovated three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2nd floor villa offers a modern, open kitchen that flows into the living and dining areas. Enjoy the light-filled space with sliding doors leading to a deck overlooking Kiawah's pristine beach. Conveniently located near Night Heron Park and The Nest. Enjoy luxury and comfort in a prime location with some of the island's best views!

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy).

There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island. There are several steps leading up to the villa.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Stunning view

This condo was amazing. Kitchen was perfect with all we needed. The view was perfect and we spent several hours in the cool mornings taking it all in. Location makes it the best place in Kiawah we have ever stayed.

4th of July week

Stayed over the week of the fourth of July. The condo was perfect for our family of older teens and young 20's. Beautifully decorated and well appointed! Great location on the island.

We really enjoyed the location and the ease of being able to walk to lunch at Night Heron. The property is beautifully maintained. We had 5 adults, but it could have slept more. Having 3 bathrooms was essential.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was amazing with views of the ocean and hearing the ocean waves. The home was clean. Not detailed clean, but clean. There was popcorn kernels under the main couch. To learn from - the beds are too hard and uncomfortable. May consider adding a mattress topper to all of them. We ran out of trash bags and paper towels... Over all nice but not sure I would come back or recommend to friends.

Well-supplied with amenities for a one week stay for two couples, and the place was immaculate. Seeing the online pictures again after returning home, I want to go back!
