Cozy and spacious

Wonderful little vacation home!

This was our third year renting this house and it does not disappoint! So clean, well located, easy check in and check out. Thank you for providing such a great place for us to enjoy our Lake Michigan vacation!

Comfortable home with great location

My family had a great stay here. The house was very comfortable and had the added perk of the hot tub which was a nice way to end an evening. The home was well stocked and we cooked/grilled most nights. It is ideally located near Hagar Beach (2-3 min drive) which we enjoyed more than Silver Beach because it wasn't as crowded. And special thanks to Bradley who sent us something we had forgotten at the house. HIghly recommend!

Beautiful Stay in Coloma

We really enjoyed this property. The cleanliness and accuracy of the listing was spot on. The owner was fast to respond and super accommodating when we requested a late check out. The beach is a lesser known beach, so not crowded, and only a 3 min drive or 20 min walk. Highly recommend staying here! We will.hopefully stay again!

Great place to stay

The house is very nice and updated. The inside is much bigger than it looks. We loved having the back deck and the entry area to store all our beach items while we were there. It's only about a 10 minute drive to Silver Beach too, and the house is close to 196, so it was easy to jump on that to get anywhere we needed to go.

Great location, comfy, spacious home.

This property is spacious, tastefully decorated & clean. The sheets smell amazing. It’s is so close to 2 Lake Michigan Beaches, maybe a 5 minute drive. Both beaches are small, but very nice. St Joe & South Haven are a short drive away. We had a plumbing issue that the owner addressed immediately, he was very quick to reply. Overall, a very nice stay.

Awesome Stay!

This house is truly a hidden gem! It has everything you would need for vacation and was very clean. It has plenty of space for the family and we loved that we could bring our dogs. It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but a short drive to everything you need. Hagar Beach is great and we loved spending time at St. Joseph's. The hot tub was amazing!

Great stay

Good location - close to the beach and other activities in Michigan; hot tub was amazing; house was nice and spacious and had everything that we needed; would definitely come back; my only negative was that the house smelled a bit mildewy when we first got there but once aired out it was ok

Quiet, close to beaches

Loved this property! My husband and I plus our two pups enjoyed this space. Plenty of room for a family as well. It was clean and so many left over things provided such as condiments, coffee, drinks, also charcoal. We did not use the grill this trip but it was nice that it was there! Hot tub was an amazing added bonus to property! It was so close to beaches and short trip to local dollar general. We ate at Romas pizza in town, their deep dish was delicious! I have already recommended to some friends and would you too! Definitely would stay again!

Not clean

Arrived to the home to find an unplowed, unshoveled driveway, not even sure if the spot I made with my car was the driveway. Door code and check in was fine until we walked in and the home had not been cleaned from last renters. Bed unmade, dirty towels piled in the tub, garbages not emptied, absolutely disgusting. Immediately contacted the owner who apologized and refunded our payment which was nice but we certainly still couldn't enjoy our desired quiet clean getaway. Will not be back!

Pretty perfect experience

Hands down the easiest VRBO experience I've ever had. Great communication, super simple check-in/check-out. The house itself has literally everything you need other than food and clothes. Comfortable, cozy, everything modernized, great deck and outdoor area. You're a quick drive from lots of options yet feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Loved it!

We loved this house! Plenty of room for my family of 4 plus two dogs. We loved the quiet neighborhood and how close it was to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, Comfy, Easy

Everything is clean and new, comfy beds and couches, great selection of pillows. The layout is set up nice for families. Our group of 5 had plenty of room. The only noise we heard from outside were the turkeys passing through, so its a private setting. Check in was easy, communication from Bradley prompt, and check out was very low maintenance. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Easy Access to both St. Joe and South Haven!

Our family of 4, 2 parents and 2 young adult children plus the dog, stayed here recently and really enjoyed it! Minutes away from dog friendly Hagar Park/Beach and a short drive to both St. Joe and South Haven, this was a great location for us. We enjoyed the privacy the location offered as well. The house was the perfect size to be able to spread out and relax of an evening or the heat of the afternoon, and the kitchen was perfect to be able to have some meals at home.

Nice and close to beach

The host was quick to respond to questions and help before and after the stay. The place was clean and spacious enough for our teen, toddler, dog, husband and myself. It was great to be able to go over to Hagar beach easily every day. I do wish there had been a folder that had helpful information for a good place to get groceries and essentials.

Lovely stay near Hagar Park beach

Our stay was lovely. Nice home, peaceful setting. My kids loved running around outside and playing in the yard. The home has a nice feel to it - a very up to date kitchen. Beds were super comfortable. We had fun reminiscing over the Nintendo game system and introducing our kids to Mario! A few things that would have made the stay a little better: wash cloths in the bathroom, a few more plates (we had five people but only 3 plates!), and a nightstand and lamp on each side of the beds. Otherwise, we had no issues! I'd absolutely recommend this place!

Beach weekend with our grands

Family getaway

The property was incredibly clean and located just 15 minutes from downtown St. Joesph. The owner was wonderful to work with and we truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you could need and the bedrooms were tastefully decorated. More than enough space for our family of four and plenty to do in the surrounding areas. We visited St. Joe's for dining, shopping and the beaches. Day tripped over to Indiana Dunes National Park as well as the State Park(45 minutes away) as well as spent a day in downtown Grand Rapids (1 hour away) touring the Fredrick Meijer Gardens and enjoying the local dining scene. The location of the property was the perfect launching pad for our busy itinerary.
