Inside, the dream kitchen is stocked and ready with newer Bespoke appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, pots and pans, and a full selection of spices and condiments. Wind down at the one-of-a-kind bar, complete with a Jimmy Buffett margarita machine, bar tool set, and plenty of cocktail and wine glasses. Modern furnishings fill every room, including two luxurious king-sized beds, two twin beds, Smart TVs, high-speed wifi, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. Pool floaties, beach chairs, tents, and a cooler are all provided — just show up and enjoy!

Please set thermostat to 80, ensure all doors and windows are locked and press the lock button on the front door pin pad upon exiting.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The area is nice and has a pretty goo pizza restaurant just a short walk from the rental. The house was very clean, we felt safe, and my son really enjoyed the pool. The host was very polite and quick when I had a question. We would recommend and would love to return in the future.

Highly recommend!

We liked the location - walked to Sun Dial area and Marina nearby. Also sports bar and pizza place are a block away. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed including containers for leftovers.

Carrie's house is a treasure! Private pool, well stocked kitchen and a hot tub...you CANNOT do any better!! Communication with her was easy and timely. She gave excellent recommendations and my entire group agrees that Nicko's Pizza is the best neighborhood haunt!!! We loved St Pete and will definitely return and make sure it's when this property is available!!

This house was just as beautiful as the pictures. Beds were comfortable, pool was perfect and host was accommodating to anything we needed. Location was great, neighborhood was peaceful. Look forward to staying again.

Come evening, this stretch transforms into one of Tampa Bay's most vibrant nightlife destinations — and the sparkling downtown waterfront is just beyond, perfect for morning runs, sunset strolls, or kayaking out onto the bay.
