This beautiful fully furnished ocean marina view apartment has an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 bathroom, living room, and balcony.
Each room features air-conditioners and comfortable furniture. The living room features a coziness and the atmosphere inspired by the marina view:

Enjoy the beautiful beaches, marinas restaurants, music, rainforest and more! Located about 40 minutes from SJU airport.

Gated community with free parking! The building has a laundry room in the lobby for a fee. Wifi and Netflix included (No cable tv).

I had an amazing stay. the view & people have was lovey but they was small damages in the apartment wasn’t shown or mention which I didn’t appreciate because I don’t not want to be blamed for anything. Aside from that I have no complaints & would stay again.

Great stay

View is bangin! Location is right on the marina, so if you love watching boats, boom this is your spot. Tons of food options within 10 min driving.

ReviewIf you don’t have any expectations for communication with the host, this may be the place for you. We asked to check in early because we were traveling from San Juan and heard nothing only to get turned away at the gate two hours before checkin. Then we show up 20 minutes before checkin and we are told to wait in the lobby until the 4 pm checkin. So we take the elevator to the room at 4 pm and there’s no key in the lock box. We can hear people in the room and knock. They are still cleaning the room and we were standing in the hot sun open hallway for another 15 minutes waiting for them to finish. The room smelled strong of fabuloso and had hair on the floor once we finally were allowed to enter. The room: bare minimum, no kitchen electronics, broken kitchen utensils, the WiFi password didn’t work, no vent in the shower so the whole apartment was musty from showers, the two ACs had to be run continuously to maintain temp because the windows were paper thin. You couldn’t use the balcony unless you turned off the ACs or it’d blow hot air on you. The power went out for several hours on the hottest day. I actually got a response from the owner, she said find another place and she’ll refund the difference. The bed was so old and soft we woke up in the middle smashed to each other every morning. There’s no storage space in the bedroom so my girlfriend literally lived out of her bag. The room does have a beautiful view of the bay and a nice pool to cool off

Beautiful view comfortable apartment

My wife and I enjoyed staying at this property. I was so glad to see that the view was as good as the pictures. The apartment was close to all our favorite beaches.

Amazing views and clean living space.

This property was just as listed. It had a beautiful view and gated entry. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends.

This property is still a work in progress and has room for improvement. I travel to PR frequently, have stayed in the area frequently, and found it to be pricey upon arrival. The view in the photo is exactly as pictured. No access to the ocean - just a nice view.

Fajardo adventures

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy, area was safe and beautiful. The room was exactly as it showed on the listing and the view was beautiful. We had easy access to the adventures we came for: El Yunque Rainforest hike, Bio Bay kayaking and Culebra Island snorkeling. Perfect place for adventures and a couples retreat.
