Our Resort is next door to the nationally-ranked Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Perfectly situated, our complex is minutes away from the restaurants, shopping, and entertainment of Gulf Shores, yet you are away from the over-developed crowded beaches of the strip.

This Gulf-Front, Non-Smoking Condo is fully furnished and well maintained for your comfort. The kitchen was updated with granite countertops and is equipped with all new stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, regular & Keurig coffee maker, and toaster. The condo also has two TVs (49 & 43"), (Both Smart TVs). The cable and. The bedroom has a Hi-end memory foam Queen-size mattress and the living room has a full-size sofa sleeper. The unit also has two built-in bunk beds recommended for children only. Linens, iron, and all kitchen utensils provided. The facility offers a coin-operated laundry just steps away.

A great place!

There have been a lot of people giving this place an excellent review and they did so for a good reason....it really was that good. Two things, besides great owners stood out for me. 1st was when entering, it really did seem I was coming into someone's home, as opposed to simply being a great vacation rental. It definitely set the overall tone. 2nd was being able to let my mind go free when watching the ever changing Gulf. It has been there for 200-300 million years and we are looking into geological time. It was there when dinosaurs where hanging out and it will be there when the oil platforms (I counted up to 23) are long since gone....along with us. Very helpful for getting perspectives back into realignment. As a Northerner, it was also a kick to be there during the once in a lifetime snowstorm, as watching dolphins swim just offshore by snow covered dunes is something I would not have believed if I didn't have pictures!...along with how people react here to a half foot of snow. Understandable, but hilarious nonetheless. Will definitely be back if I'm breathing.

Worth the stay

The condo was just as described in the description and post. The location was perfect, the beach was nearly empty. We decided to stay an extra night and communication with the owners went smoothly. The condo was stocked with everything we needed.

Loved It!

Property exactly as descibed. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Recommending to family looking for a place in the future.

Amazing Views!!

This property was perfect. The view from the balcony is gorgeous with comfortable chairs. They have everything in the kitchen you need if you choose to cook. We love the location and the complex is wonderful.

Family Vacation

Our stay was so FUN! The location was perfect. The view was absolutely gorgeous. Gary was very informative and helped in any way he could. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the condo and its location. It is much more removed from the crowd of Orange Beach and Gulf Shores then we usually visit. We very much enjoyed being farther down the beach.

Gulf Shores Getaway

Good location. Quiet. Short drive (20-40 min) to the attractions, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Beach front so great views. Pools are nice and good size. Cleanliness of the unit was an issue for me. Clean freak that I am, it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. And I’m not blaming that on the owners as they live in another state and are relying on a cleaning service who is clearly ripping them off.

Excellent location

This complex was right on the beach and our own unit was facing the gulf and was within steps of the path that led to the beach. What an ideal location. The condo itself was perfect for two people. It also had two smallish beds for kids - I wouldn’t recommend the bunk beds for adults. It was a perfect weekend getaway.

Beach get away

We had a great family vacation staying here. The access to the beach is great and not crowded. This was our first time in Gulf shores and we will definitely be back!

Great condo

This condo was perfect! You can tell the owners actually use the condo & have thought of everything. We did not want for anything. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, toaster, coffee pot…we had more than we needed. Plenty of places to hang towels of all kinds, plenty of mirrors, not just in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked great…no issues, wonderful gulf front view with nice chairs on the balcony. Glad there was a hair dryer in the bathroom. One nice thing was they have installed strip plugs all over the condo so plenty of places to plug in phones & devices for charging. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo on the beach

The view from this place is amazing. We loved waking up to ocean views. The place is very clean and well stocked for cooking. The bunk beds are smaller than traditional twin beds, but our petite 16 and 10 yr old girls were fine with them. The main bed was very comfortable. There is equipment available to borrow for tennis, putting green, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, and shuffle board. So much to do without even leaving the property! We would love to come back!

Great spot for vacation

We loved staying at this condo! It was perfect for what we needed- close to the beach, kitchen for easy cooking, clean apartment, and lots of stuff to do! My kids loved the indoor pool option for when it was cooler outside. We didn’t use the basketball court that much because it was always being used, but did use the tennis courts and shuffleboard. Next time I will probably have to book a 2 bedroom because my kids were slightly on the bigger side for the small hallway bunk beds. The owners of the unit were super nice and friendly, gave me a call when I needed a quick question answered and was very prompt to respond to all inquiries.

I would stay again.

It was a nice place to stay. It was clean and close enough to everything we wanted to do without all the noise and traffic. I would stay again, but next time I would print all of my emails out and give the people at the gate Everything thing because they are really detail about the information they need.

Awesome place to stay.

The condo was great. Furnished with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Love the view from our balcony. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful. Beach was a short. Our hosts were great. Make check in and check out very easy.

Beautiful condo with a lovely ocean view.

This was our second year renting this unit and we loved it. Very clean, comfortable and everything worked. Our children and grandchildren are here at the same time in a larger family unit for their Fall Break and this unit we stay in is just perfect for us. We can all play on the beach during the day and in the evening, my husband and I can relax on our balcony for the sunset. There are enough pots and pans for us to cook some of our meals. It is the perfect spot for grandparents!

Great condo, Great Views, Amazing time

Gulf Shores Plantation is a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Beautiful well manicured drive in, secured entry, amazing view of the Gulf , pools and hot tub, beach. The condo we stayed in was perfect, just perfect!

Not the best

The condo is in a very old building and the AC unit is terrible. With how hot it is in Alabama, there should definitely be ceiling fans in at least the bedroom but there are none anywhere in the condo. The condo looks bigger in the pictures online than it actually is. In reality, it is very small and cramped. The proper paperwork was not sent to me by the owner prior to check in so upon my arrival at the property I had to call the owner (Gary) and he was rude to me and made sure to tell me multiple times how annoyed he was that I was "bothered him" although it was his responsibility to provide me with the parking pass and check-in information and he failed to do so. It was an okay experience but I wouldn't recommend staying in this condo- there are nicer ones at a similar price point with more friendly owners.

Away from the normal tourist congestion but with numerous actives a short drive away. It seems like every trip we make, we find new Gulf Shore friends in the complex and new places to explore. We've always enjoyed our beach get-away

Beaches were always our passion. We couldn't wait to travel to new tropical settings. The tranquility and beauty always puts us in proper perspective of appreciation for the gifts of nature.
After the first trip to Gulf Shores Alabama, we knew it was a place we wanted to return again and again.
We've love visiting by ourselves, with our family (10 grandchildren) and friends. The beach never disappoints us.

The complex has enough amenities so that you can stay at condo, relax and eat-in & find activities on-site. But the local wildlife, restaurants, actives and nightlife offer some wonderful choices worth seeking out.
