You will fall in love with the oversized covered patio overlooking the Village of South Walton and 30A. It is the perfect place to sit back and relax.

Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep. This beach access is a private beach access for the guests who are staying in Seacrest and the Village of south Walton.

* Saturday to Saturday - 7 Night minimum rentals during peak/high season.
* Notice of County Sound Ordinance - Prohibited act. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.
30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement: By submitting payment for this reservation, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to, and be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, thus making it a legally binding contract. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns. Guests will be held responsible for all damages to the property. If any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 30A Rental Properties fines.
