Free usage of our 2 bikes! 1 bedroom condo with 620 total sq ft, nearly 2x the size of most studio condos nearby. Excellent location in Seacrest and 200-300 yards west of Rosemary green space. Condo has four windows which can be opened to overlook the Seacrest square. Seacrest Beach access is about a 10 minute walk or a convenient shuttle ride which is provided seasonally. Free use of two pools (one heated year round) and hot tub. King sized bed. Queen size sleeper sofa plus air mattress.

Condo overlooks Seacrest square which has several restaurants, shops and bike rentals, and seasonal live music. Free use of two pools and hot tub. One of the pools is heated year round. Ten minute walk to Seacrest beach access, or take the shuttle in season. Rosemary square is about 200 yards to the east. Alys beach community is about a 10-15 minute walk to the west.

Plenty of restaurants and shops in short walking distance. Seacrest Beach is about 10-12 min walk, or you can take the shuttle seasonally. Once you park your car you shouldn’t need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore, expand your dining options, or drive to a large grocery store.

Kitchenette includes refrigerator with freezer, sink, microwave, toaster oven, cabinet space, and portable induction oven. Guests have use of gas grill by the pool. Pets are allowed with a pet fee $25 per night per pet.

The location was perfect! Right in the middle of all the activity. Didn’t have a full kitchen but had a hot plate and mini oven that worked well enough. We loved using the two bikes the property came with to ride around town. Had a great trip for the 4th of July!

The rental was just as it written about and pictured in the VRBO listing. It was pretty, clean, comfortable, and centrally located. Very nice rental!

Despite a smooth check-in, this condo fell significantly short of expectations for a 2,400/week rental due to a consistent lack of basic maintenance and cleanliness.Cleanliness: The shower was atrocious. The showerhead and hose were caked in buildup, the tub floor was dirty, the bath mat was dingy, and water pressure was extremely weak. Bedroom sliding doors had chocolate handprints upon arrival, and the living room couch and ottomans were heavily stained.Amenities: The Keurig constantly added 4-5 oz of extra water unless a blank hot water cycle was run first. One toaster was broken and missing its inside bottom. A window blind lacked a tilt wand, and the living room console had numerous unaddressed paint chips.Storage & Safety: Zero hangers in the bedroom or hall closets, which were cluttered with a vacuum and sandy gear, leaving minimal usable space. The utility closet was stuffed to capacity with bags resting directly on top of the hot water heater (a clear fire hazard).Laundry: Communal laundry card readers were broken, forcing use of an app with expired promos and load dollar minimums.This rental provides four walls, a bed, and a good air conditioner. If you remove any expectations beyond that, it will serve its purpose. However, for the price being charged, future renters should be aware of the exact quality they are walking into, and I hope this feedback holds the management accountable for making necessary updates.

Steve - thanks for your feedback. We apologize for any shortcomings. Your review is very much not in line with our multi 5 star reviews. I wish you had mentioned these items during your stay. I could have promptly addressed most of them and you would have had a better experience. It’s always frustrating as a dedicated host when I’m not given the chance to help you. Then your public review brings some unnecessary concern to others looking to book. Shower head replacement has been replaced. Keurig machine has been replaced. Toaster has been replaced. This was the first I knew about any problems with these items, and they have been immediately replaced. Our cleaners are amazing. I challenge others to find one mention of unsatisfactory cleaning in our past one year of reviews. It sounds like they missed a handprint on a door which is understandable and has been addressed. I am aware of a couple of recent stains on the sofa and it will be replaced soon. Closet space is limited but cleaners are now storing less items on site to create more space for guests. I would like to point out that our pricing is on automatic pricing which is in line with or less than nearby condos, and our condo has more square footage than most of the others nearby. It’s a very desirable area along the 30A walking path in between Rosemary and Alys beach communities. Anyone considering booking please consider the big picture of our many reviews and my proactive response.
