Perfect for 4 couples! Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The management was more than accommodating. We already booked for next year and added a night!

Beautiful condo with excellent views of the ocean and amazing views of the sunsets. Our host was wonderful and made sure our stay was a great experience. I would highly recommend this condo.

BEST Family Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Words cannot describe how great our condo was! This was our second stay in 701 and it was as great as we remember. We had a few issues when we first checked in (smoke detector beeping, curtain rod hanging off, and a running toilet) and they sent maintenance out the morning and got it taken care of. The views are wonderful and the condo was super clean. Location for eating out and groceries is absolutely perfect!

Condo was clean and the kitchen had more dishes, glassware and utensils than previous VRBO units that I have stayed in. Interaction with the owner/property manager was great, they were responsive to all my questions. I would recommend for a large family getaway.

Loved the Stay!

The condo was absolutely wonderful! We were able to access the beach very easily, use the lazy river and pool. Location was great.

Family Gathering

The property and location were outstanding with 2 exceptions - the icemaker had mold growing in the ice catcher and some of the refrigerator shelves were very dirty. We were very pleased overall and would stay there again.

Once we got in (I wasn't sent the entry code before we arrived), it was awesome to see that the property was much roomier than I was expecting! Having private bathrooms in each of the four rooms worked out so well and the large balcony was a lovely place to relax in the evenings. There was noise from the construction next door at 4am the first night (I think they were off loading dumpsters), but very quiet otherwise. The weather was a little cool so we were bummed that we couldn't enjoy the lazy river. The hot tubs were full both times we went downstairs so we didn't get a chance to sit in those either. Overall, the property was clean and comfortable with a clean uncrowded beachfront. All the kitchen amenities were helpful for cooking breakfast and making lunches. It was a great trip and I'd highly recommend this property!

family vacation

Great trip. Condo was as advertised. Balcony view was amazing and furniture was great. Weather didn't cooperate the best but that was ok as we got a chance to explore the area. Beach was beautiful as always.

Amazing Experience

Fantastic View

This property was such a wonderful fit for our group of 10. The condo was so roomy and equipped with all the necessities and so many extras: board games, sand toys, tons of kitchen utensils and small appliances. The view was absolutely perfect and the balcony was a great size for our entire group to comfortably enjoy.
