Great stay & excellent location right on the bluffs! Had AC & beach supplies, which was clutch. The only thing to note is the kitchen is small if you're thinking about cooking. Would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay here. When we entered we were mesmerized by the incredible ocean view. Everything was spotless and the bed was super comfy. It was great to have beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear. If you are looking for a place with a good pool, the one thing I will say is that the pool there is ice cold. Too cold for me to go in.

Beautiful stay in Princeville, Kauai

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this Princeville condo and hope to come back some day. The condo was spotless with all the amenities we needed, great location on the northern side of Kauai, and a beautiful ocean view!

Perfect location!

A relaxing condo with incredible ocean views. The location was great as well with a quick drive to Hanalei and easy walk to Princeville stores.

Wonderful week!

We loved the location and the condo had everything we needed. Important to rent a car to see all the sites towards the south side. Quiet and peaceful… we loved our stay.

Perfect for couples getaway

Great location walking to shops and restaurants. Sit on the balcony and watch whales with your coffee. Unit was exactly as pictured and stated. Would recommend for sure

Great View

We stayed here for one week in June, 2025. We enjoyed the view from the deck and the living room window overlooking the coast. The condo was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was nice to be able to do laundry during our stay.

Great condo!! Nicely remodeled, had everything you need for the beach and to cook! Great views - sunrise and sunset. Great home base for all the north shore beaches and sites. Bed was very cozy …. We wish we could figure out what kind of bed it was so we could get one at home! We will stay here again if we ever get back to Lauai!

Terrific location and wonderful ocean views. Great place to stay in Princeville. Quiet, clean , updated condo. Very comfortable. Owner was very accommodating and we will be back!

Very nice ocean front stay in Princeville. Great outside space to watch the sunrise. Access to enter was easy. Comfortable. Having the cooler and beach chairs and towels was a nice added touch. Thank you!

Loved our experience

We cracked the window every night and head the best sound machine in the world with the waves below us crashing into shore. The view is everything the listing describes. Great location too.

Incredible Experience in Paradise

We loved honeymooning here and couldn’t imagine a better place to stay in Princeville. Views are 10/10, appliances are new, large TV was great. The north side was our favorite place in Kauai and this was the perfect spot to take it all in.

Everything we could have asked for!

This property does not disappoint! It was so relaxing to hear and see the waves crashing on the beach! The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfortable! We will definitely recommend this to family and friends!

We had a wonderful stay at this cliffside condo in Princeville! The views were absolutely stunning—waking up to the ocean and lush greenery each morning felt like a dream. The condo itself was beautifully maintained, cozy, bright and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of, which made the experience even more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy Kauai and would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the island.
