Loved our time in the Little Rock house. It was clean, comfortable, well located and an excellent value. We had an amazing time in Palmer Lake.

Palmer Lake

This is a nice location. The cottage had everything we needed. Our dogs were comfortable too. We were visiting with family and friends while in the area. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful quiet place for a retreat.

Beautiful tiny house with a great kitchen. The early mornings are worth getting up for just to have coffee under the skylight. The owners were so easy to work with. I’ll book again the next time I’m in town.

Clean, quiet, and sunny place to get away. A couple of cute shops within walking distance and within a quiet and nice neighborhood. Whether you need a home base from which to explore the area or a place to hide away for peace and quiet, this is a great option. Owner was kind and communicative. There was even a spare battery in the kitchen for the smoke detectors - a small detail that becomes a small miracle when it’s needed.

Great location to the Academy. Overall quiet neighborhood and nice kitchen for home cooked meals. Outside seating & area could have been better, but overall great place.

This property is charming, but unfortunately there were several issues with the place that could not be addressed during our stay due to their nature. First, the two bedrooms are linked, not separate. So the second bedroom only has access to the rest of the house by walking through the first bedroom, which was not indicated in the listing and would have been a dealbreaker for booking this property. There was no privacy for the first bedroom occupants and a hassle for the second bedroom occupant. Second, the sheets on the queen bed had stains on them, so we looked for additional bedding and found another set, but that fitted sheet also had stains on it, so we found another set and thankfully that sheet set was clean. Third, the towels provided were ripped as if they had been caught and mangled in the dryer, they were useable though. Fourth, we needed to re-wash several of the pots and pans prior to our cooking in them since they had dried-on food stuck to them.Overall, I feel this is a housekeeping issue and that the property could be as excellent as the other reviews if these items were addressed.

The house was perfect for our needs. We were able to hike and experience nature. There were deer in the yard everyday at some point.

Loved this property!

Our family had a wonderful four night stay! This cottage was perfect for our family of four. A great location, very easy to get to. We spotted deer in the yard daily, it was fun to watch momma and her two little fawns in the mornings. We hiked up to Palmer Lake #2, just beautiful up there! Definitely worth the hike but take plenty of water and take your time as is it uphill the entire way. We also ventured into town and ate at O’Malley’s, a fun spot for dinner. The cottage had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Palmer Lake

Very pleased with the property. Short walk or drive to restaurants or stores. The house was well stocked with nice interior and new appliances. Good driving distance to all the items in our trip itinerary. One complaint is the bunk bed in the second room. The top bunk is too close to the ceiling. Works for small kids but not teenagers. One of my sons ended up sleeping on the couch which he said wasn’t too bad.

Girls quick get away

Your home was very comfortable and the beds were as well! There was no hairdryer although it was listed as being there. Coffee pot could have been bigger for the 3 of us. I would liked to have had specific timeline as to check in instructions at the time of booking but I didn’t see any. It’s a very nice little cottage in a quiet neighborhood! We loved it! Thank you so much. Would definitely keep it in mind for future visits!!

Everything this cottage has to offer is far superb. Super clean , spacious, beautiful, and has everything to offer . Definitely will come again and stay here .
