No smoking, no drugs, no parties!

Great for day time gatherings of families and friends with approval.

Vaulted ceilings, large windows, open floor plan. Bay window in dining room, cozy gas fireplace in family room, kitchen nook with bay window, kitchen open to family room. Spacious Master bedroom with 5 piece bath, private office/den, finished basement with 3/4 bath, bedroom and media room.
Great back patio with gas grill and outdoor furniture for family gatherings. Fenced back yard for pets.
Near the Santa Fe Trail for cycling and walking/running.
15 minutes away from Mount Herman hiking and mountain biking trails.
Easy access to Air Force Academy, I-25, Ford Amphitheater, Denver and Colorado Springs. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

Great alternative location for remote workers at reasonable rates in the Winter. Monthly rates negotiable upon request.

This was a really nice house. Easy to find, easy place to rest our weary bodies and souls. Location was close to the main highway, close to Colorado Springs and Castle Rock. Food establishments were readily available. Gas stations were nearby. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking. Pet friendly and backyard was secure. The host was quick to respond and answer questions.

What a wonderful home! We had so much space and the home was very clean, plenty of blankets, and different places to gather (multiple living spaces). The backyard was well maintained and peaceful as well (loved the solar lights at night). A very beautiful neighborhood too, so we took a fair amount of evening walks. The host was responsive and kind. Would definitely stay again!

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were wonderful to work with and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The house had everything we needed and more, and we enjoyed all the little extras. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

We have stayed at the house for the last several years for Thanksgiving. The host always have the house ready for our arrival its clean and the kitchen is fully stocked with enough kitchen wares to host a large party.

This was the perfect property! Centrally located between Colorado Springs and Denver in beautiful Monument, CO. Easy access to modern shopping districts, and a must see historic downtown. The owners were accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It is an absolute return stay in the future!

We have stayed at this wonderful property before and were thrilled to be able to stay again. This time was for a wedding. The hosts are wonderful and the property is perfect for us. Plenty of space if staying with multiple family members/friends. Hope to be staying again in the near future.

The host (Bill) was very welcoming and communicated very well from the moment we booked. The house was fully stocked with cooking supplies so we were able to make a wonderful Christmas dinner. The house was beautiful and the Christmas decorations were amazing! So festive and cozy!

Great place

Nice and clean house in a quiet neighborhood. The place is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. We really enjoyed our time here.

Our home is conveniently located between Colorado Springs and Denver with easy access to the interstate and to front range mountain roads. Monument is a small town but has much of what larger cities offer... restaurants, big box stores, and local flavor.
