The views from the windows were magnificent. The decor was beyond perfect. The hostess was approachable and friendly. The home was very clean and the workout room was better than some found at motels. Can’t wait to go back! The location is so convenient for attractions and shopping.

Loved the views and the house was awesome but it was really hot when we stayed and the property does not have air conditioning, it did cool down late at night but the AC would have made it perfect !

Couldn’t have asked for a better home. Price was a steal and the home is in a very quiet neighborhood and was well maintained. We came to Colorado for the very first time for a funeral at the Air Force academy and the host was gracious enough for us to have an early check in so we could get settled. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and comfortable for the 5 of us adults. The kitchen is set up nicely for preparing meals -we made breakfast each morning. The game room and gym were great and fun to use.Our favorite thing was the view from the upper deck. We sat out there every chance we had to take in the beautiful lake and mountain view! Sherrie was a wonderful and attentive hostess. Great communication!

Incredibly clean rental with outstanding Mountain views. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on a small lake. Host was wonderful to work with and provided clean expectations and instructions for the home!

The house was beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed the view from the deck and all of the deer that visited the neighborhood. We were disappointed that there was not a hot tub Sherri was very quick to respond to my messages and a great host. .The drive to nearby towns was convenient.

From the easy and quick communication with our host to the great location with beautiful view of both the lake and mountains, this house was a great way to spend a long weekend enjoying the Colorado Springs area. The house itself is spacious with all the needed comforts of home. The walk-out finished basement with large tv area and adjoining pool table area were a great way to spend evenings with the family. The host was quick to answer any questions, and made the check in and check out process easy!

My family and I really enjoyed out stay at this wonderful home in Woodmoor. This was a three-generation trip as my wife and I, our kids, and her parents all vacationed together for a week here. We enjoyed the house, especially the family room in the basement, and the mountain views with frequent deer sightings in the back yard. We enjoyed being within 20 minutes of Colorado Springs and within a short distance to anything we might need. The house was very clean and in good condition, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out. Sherrie was very communicative when we had questions and was very pleasant to deal with. The main reasons I gave 4 out of 5 stars comes down to the closeness of the neighboring houses which I did not pick up on from the photos on the listing page. The driveway to one of them goes right through this property's back yard. Not a deal killer, but also not ideal (unless you are looking for the security of having close neighbors). I completely understand that there are probably a lot of bad renters that do damage or leave the house in an unusually dirty condition, but a fairly extensive set of house rules and check out requirements left me personally feeling a bit overwhelmed that I might miss something a be penalized. Also note that while there are smart tv's available, there is no cable. You need your own log-on to watch any television. Knowing all this now, however, we would go back to this location in the future!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was absolutely awesome and incredibly responsive. We ran into a couple of issues on the first day, and the host replied immediately, apologized for the inconvenience, and had everything fixed the very same day. They even surprised us with some thoughtful goodies for our family, which was such a nice touch. Thanks to their care and attentiveness, our family had an amazing time. We would definitely stay here again!

We are always so grateful when we have amazing guests, and Samantha and her family definitely fit that definition. Very kind, responsive and informed us of any items at the house immediately take action and rectify them. We would love to have Samantha and her family visit us again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect, easy drive to Denver or Colorado Springs. Home was clean and great for a family.

Great Location and Space

We enjoyed our stay - the location was perfect for all the activities we had for the week. The lake and mountain view from the patio were amazing. Teenagers enjoyed the game room and it was nice to have the large kitchen for cooking when we wanted a night in.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was excellent—very responsive and accommodating. The house was everything we expected and more—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Family trip

This is a beautiful home with amazing mountain and lake views. Close enough to town to access all conveniences, yet secluded enough to enjoy nature. Well stocked with all the needed amenities for a comfortable stay. Gracious and helpful host.

Beautiful views, very relaxing and had everything we needed!

Beautiful home with beautiful views. We enjoyed the balcony/deck for most meals and several nearby attractions (Garden of the Gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Pikes Peak, white water rafting and Royal Gorge!
