This is the perfect home for families and groups of friends with a main level master bedroom and 3 more large bedrooms in the basement, fire-pit, and foosball are sure to make everyone happy!

This spacious home boasts nearly 3000 sq/ft between the main level and walk-out basement. The main level offers a lovely covered front porch for morning coffee or afternoon beverages and a rear deck with a view of the front mountain range or whip up some BBQ. Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a semi-open floor plan with living and dining areas, and a well-stocked kitchen. There is a large master bedroom with an en suite bathroom (double vanity), a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The main level also offers an office with a desk/printer for those that are coming to work or have to log in on vacation! The living room is large and comfortable! Sit around and get cozy by the fireplace while you watch a movie on the Smart TV!

The lower level offers walk-out access to a fenced backyard. There is another cozy family room with another fireplace and Smart TV!
