Our recently renovated villa sleeps up to 16 people and is ideal for 2-3 families or group travel!

Our magnificent modern coastal style villa combines luxury with comfort and is the perfect getaway destination. Situated on a large saltwater canal with gulf access and at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac, it offers a peaceful location with all the amenities you need for 2 to 3 families, group travel or a family reunion.

This large two-story villa offers more than 3800 sq.ft of air conditioned space and is tastefully decorated with a modern coastal feel. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a games room and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The main floor contains 3 bedrooms with King beds and walk-in closets. The master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom containing a walk-in shower and a stand-a-lone tub. A pack n play with bedding and a mattress is also provided for small children.

The upstairs has two bedrooms, a large games room, a bathroom and a washroom with a walk-in shower.

One bedroom has a bunkbed and two pull-out trundle beds, accommodating up to 6 people (children). The other bedroom contains a bunkbed and a pull-out trundle, for sleeping up to 4 people (children).

The games room has arcade games, a foosball table, and a big screen tv, making it a perfect space for kids and teenagers.

The beautiful open-concept kitchen and living room space contains french doors that open onto the lanai and patio by the pool. With two dining tables and four barstools by the kitchen island, there is seating for 16 people. There is also a high chair for small children.

The oversized boat dock overlooking the canal will provide waterfront living at its best. Here you can sunbathe, fish or just relax in the tiki hut and enjoy the beautiful sunsets!

Six beach chairs, beach toys, a beach umbrella, pool toys, beach towels, a cooler, bath towels, board games, kids toys, outdoor Jenga, fishing rods and tackle are all at your disposal. Premium DirecTV and WIFI is also included with your stay.

Holiday Stay

Overall this property & our stay was great! Pros:-Large house with multiple bedrooms & sleeping areas-Large main area (kitchen/dining/living rooms) to allow everyone the ability to eat/play board games at the same time-Plenty of activities to keep the 4 adolescents entertained for a full week between the pool, hot tub, kayak, fuseball, arcades-Kitchen contained some basic cooking ingredients like salt, sugar, flour, cooking oil, spices, etc (my guess is the owner/manager can't guaurantee what's there, but might be worth taking a look before you do your shopping)Cons:-While the neighborhood was excellent, the location was a bit out of the way from places we chose to go. Felt like it was 20-40 minutes to any place we needed to go. Wasn't a huge deal but good to know ahead of time. -House had some wear & tear - but nothing above what I'd expect from a rental. If you're looking for a top shelf, luxury stay, this probably isn't it. If you're looking for a high-value, great place to stay for a large group (especially with kids) - this is it.Everyone in our group of 11 thought it was nice and would stay again. The manager was very kind and responsive. Highly recommend!

Amazing Boating Vacation

The house was spacious, very clean, and every detail was spectacular. We brought our boat and loved being able to dick it right at the house. The pool, hot tub, and arcade games were a huge hit with our 8 kids (ages 6-21). The owners were very sweet and responsive to all of our needs. We definitely hope to vacation at this house again!

Cape Coral Trip

We had a group of 11 and the home worked very well for us. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. There were a few issues but they were resolved quickly when the property manager and host were informed of them. Thank you for having us.

Great stay

House was great with many upgraded amenities! We had some issues with the pool but they were addressed and we were taken care of! We had a wonderful time swimming in the pool, kayaking, and relaxing at the house! Beds were comfy and the house set up was perfect for us. If we are ever in Cape Coral again, we would stay here again!

It was a great stay except for when the real estate guy had to come show the house. Not very happy about that . There was nowhere indicating that the house was for sale .

Great family trip!

This property is wonderful! We didn't want to leave! The house could use a little TLC, but it was still great! Our stay makes us want to move to Cape Coral! I would definitely rent this property again!

Relaxing Week

We had a family gathering of 14 for about 4 days. The kids enjoyed the kayaks and the fishing in the bikes and the pool as well. We ran into a few hiccups but the property manager tried their best to accommodate our request. Overall it was our best vacation spot yet.

Spacious House!

We juse spent a week at this property. After staying at numerous other properties in Cape Coral, we have decided this will be the one we stay at from now on. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The home is very spacious and plenty of room for a large family. Just to note - the larger beds have very firm mattresses.

Girls Trip

First impression was "Wow". pulling up in the driveway I already knew it was going to be amazing. The decor inside immediately made you feel at home. The host was so accommodating, there was a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us and the radio was playing inside. Very welcoming. We as a group already decided to rent again if available. It met all of our needs and then some. We were so grateful. thank you

Nice home

We enjoyed our stay except for a few issues that I brought to the owner's attention. The owner was quick to respond and very fair. I am sure once the issues are addressed it will be a great vacation home. It is comfortable and the seating will accommodate a large group. Overall, it was very relaxing

Perfect Getaway

This property is in a great location about 20 minutes to the beach. We loved the quiet culdesac where the little ones were able to ride bikes. The tiki hutt was lovely for morning and evening relaxation. We spent alot of time in the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels at the property. Adults and kids alike enjoyed the bikes. The kayaks were a nice add as well for getting out in the quiet canal. We didnt have any issues requiring the property manager, but all communications were pleasant and helpful. We fished from the dock but didnt have any luck despite tons of fish in the canal. We just didnt have the right bait or technique. The house was perfect for us - 3 couples, a single adult and two young boys. We even had unused beds. The game room was nice when we needed a break from the sun or in bad weather. The family enjoyed movies on the big screen together in the evenings. The weather was perfect mid May. My only suggestion: pool floats did not hold air and could use replacing. We would definitely stay again!!

Birthday Gathering

Awesome property for families

Loved the home layout, 3 bedrooms on the main floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kids had their own handout spot upstairs. Kitchen had spices, oils etc. which is so convenient. Really enjoyed the pool and patio area throughout our stay.

Family Fun

This home is the perfect place for your entire family. Lots of room for everyone. The garage was full of pool toys and bikes, plus kayaks by the canal. Ride in our boat was a little long to the gulf but was relaxing.

Very nice house. Nice neighborhood.

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was in a perfect location. Easy to get to places. Nice spacious house with lots of bedrooms and a big kitchen. Lots of bikes to choose from. Our first experience with VRBO was great. New owners to this property. We did have trouble getting the wifi to work. The caretaker was available to help us with any questions we had. Some things that could have been better. Some of the pool toys had holes and the lawn chairs were broken. None of the lids fit on the bowls for storing leftover food. In the evening we liked to watch movies as a family. I would have liked to have seen a bigger TV. Overall. Great place.

February family break

This rental property was everything our family needed. There was plenty of personal space for our family of 9. The second level was ideal for our teenagers allowing the adults there own privacy. The location was perfect and everything was readily available. All activity equipment was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking needs, the linens all available. The house was very clean upon entering. Minor critiques for my elderly parents and would appreciate: a pool railing. We had a great time and would absolutely book again! Loved this property!

Everything We Needed

This property provided adequate space and entertainment. We loved the pool, hot tub, kayaks, ping pong and pool table. The kids loved being able to separate from the adults. The property could use some updating for sure. The traffic in the area made for some extra long day trips. Overall, it was a great vacation.
