-Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
-Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
-Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
-Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
-Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towel, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

We had a pleasant experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed for a convenient stay. The location was easy to get around, and the apartment felt cozy and welcoming. Overall, it was a smooth and comfortable stay.

2/10 Terrible

First Time Renter, not a good experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my first time using a rental and I will not use them again. We had used towels with yellow stains that looked like urine all over them In the bathroom and when I reached out to get it replaced, I was told multiple times someone would reach out to us and replace them, but I never heard back from them. I paid way too much money to stay there to have that type of issue. There was rust on different items. Once they took my money they weren't willing to assist. I wasn't aware that I had to put money on an app to use the washing machine and dryer on the floor nor was I aware that there was a minimum amount on the app which almost made me waste my money. The unit was not fully cleaned when I got there and I had to clean it myself.

Clean, fresh linens and a spotless unit are the baseline we aim for, so we're sorry these fell short. We did have our cleaners return with fresh towels, but clearly the overall experience left you frustrated, and we take that to heart. Excellent Spot

This was a great spot! Close to the beach, easy check-in/check-out, great parking. We loved being able to explore the area without having to drive everywhere.

Great location! This property is on the 16th floor accessible from 4 elevators, so no long waits to get to and from the apartment. Easy parking. Walkable to everything in Waikiki, two blocks off the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. Beds were very comfortable, towels and beach chairs were great. We would stay here again!

Cozy and nice place to stay

Highly recommend the property, we loved our stay there. The apartment is remodeled, clean and cozy, you can tell that host is taking care of his guests. The kitchen is fully occupied and has everything you need. Nice location, easy and quick communication

Great condo for a visit to Oahu

We loved our stay here. The condo was clean, check-in was easy. The view from the balcony of the mountains and Diamond Head was amazing. It is located about a block from the ocean, an easy walk with many restaurants, stores, etc. along the way.

This property was a good fit for our family. It was nice and quiet with everything we needed for our stay. Parking and recreation area for the kids were a plus.

A gem in Waikiki

We traveled to Hawaii for the first time with our 3 year old. Our place was clean, kid- friendly and the so convenient with a full kitchen. Will definitely recommend!

Definitely Stay Here Again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was a very convenient spot to stay in Waikiki and having a car space to park it allowed us to have the flexibility to explore the whole island and have a very comfortable home base to comeback to. We took great use of the beach chairs and boogie boards that the property provided. And having a fridge and kitchen to prepare snacks and meals was super convenient as well. All this at a fraction of the cost of the other hotels around make it a must stay. Hawai’i is a good jumping off point for us when we go to the states to visit family and will certainly be coming back and staying here again!

Nice place in the heart of waikiki

Clean and close to everything you need. The elevators were kind of a pain. Pool area definitely needs some work but we didn’t really use it because the beach is such a short distance away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very small toilet space, inaccurate description (no dishwasher), host acknowledged this but even blamed me for booking it. Do not recommend this.

Location is great for walking to beach and restaurants

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at condo for 7 nights in mid April. Very clean. There were extra towels in the closet, (much appreciated). We cooked breakfast every morning. Kitchen supplies were far above those found in other rentals. A short walk to beach and restaurants.

Lovely Place

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this rental, and it was plenty of room for our family of 4. Location was great, and pool / park was ideal for young kids. Kitchen faucet was a little wobbly, and we set off smoke alarm a couple of times due to the vent on stove top not working properly. Otherwise, everything was great.
