Welcome to my home. This house is located at the end of the street in a small neighborhood. Very quiet area. very convenient location! You can find Movie theater, Malls, Shopping plaza, Restaurant, and Grocery store within 5 miles. Absolutely NO PARTY, NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Deposit will be taken out if you violate any of the house rules above. Garage is not available at the moment. ID verifications are needed upon request.

The property is really nice. It has been updated and it is very comfortable and modern.There is plenty of common areas to visit and to eat together. The modern kitchen is very comfortable and quite big.The house was spotless when I checked in and well outfitted.

Great Little House

This property had a great location and was overall nice but did have a couple of broken items, a few of the drawers and cabinets have been damaged, and the the back bedroom has a tv with a messed up picture. Could have been from a previous guestbefore us but overall pretty gppd!

Feel a little short

The property was exactly as it appeared in the VRBO pictures. Everything, appeared clean and renovated.Unfortunately, there was an odor in the home that was extremely off putting. The owner was slow to respond to communication. They were apologetic in terms of our concerns but made no efforts to assist us remedy our concerns.

Perfect for our business trip

We were in town for business so didn’t need anything with a lot of frills. House was clean, quiet, spacious enough for 3 people and the right location for us. We will consider renting it again next year as this is an annual trip.

Great stay, beautiful home!

Loved this cute home! I felt at home while here. It’s beautiful, upgraded and had everything we needed. The host was so amazing! Kept us in the loop on the property after the hurricane and super quick to respond to my questions. I will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful home with all necessities. Rooms were spacious . Loved that house is situated at the end of the street! .was there for my daughter's graduation from the sheriff's department and the home was perfect for our need!

Wonderful experience

The air b&b was a great option especially with kids ! The rooms and space was amazing and all The condiments were there to enjoy except there was no way to get access to WiFi otherwise was great!

Family visit in Tampa area

We have family in Riverview and Brandon is right near by! The house was bright and comfortable. There is a small park 2 blocks away and we could walk the neighborhood. You definitely need a car for shopping. Overall a really nice home and we would use again.

Great little house

We stayed with our Framily and enjoyed the house. It was perfect size. Only downfall was that some of the electrical plugs were not working in a couple bedrooms.

Cute house but hot!

House is an older home that’s been cutely remodeled. The couch had seen it’s better days and was not very comfortable. Communication with host was quick and precise, although I had to ask about ck in and ck out details. Air conditioner must be on a timer controlled off site, we were there during some of the hottest days on record and were not able to get the house to cool down enough because we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. I do have to mention that there was an issue our fist night with the neighbor diagonally across the street, he was on a loud speaker shouting out vulgar, obscene and threatening words. Someone called the sheriffs office and once they came out, there wasn’t any more trouble out of him. Hopefully it was an isolated event, other than that, the neighborhood was quiet and nice lol. It’s location is very convenient.

Cozy and comfy, good location, great amenities.

My husband and I stayed here for a week, and the place was adequately stocked with toiletries and towels. We loved the kitchen and the privacy of being at the end of the street. It had a cozy energy and we relaxed well with lots of space to spread out. As others have mentioned, the yard could use a little TLC, and the living room sofa could use an upgrade. If you are particular about your pillow, bring one or buy one locally. That made all the difference in my quality of sleep. The beds are all between firm and medium firm.
