Clean & Cozy

We loved our stay so much. The home was immaculate. Communication with the owner was flawless. We enjoyed the hot tub and the screened-in back patio. The bed was comfy, and the host was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We would highly recommend this property to anyone passing through Tampa. Retail and grocery stores were also nearby, and the Gulf beaches were only 45 minutes away. It's a perfect place for a couple or a small family.

Spring Training Vacation

The rental was so nice. Beautifully decorated. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO's over the years but this one by far had the most extras you could have asked for. Coffee, tea and all of the extras for that. Lots of spices. All kinds of condiments including jellies. Located right by a nice park with walking paths. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Quaint and Cozy

This spot was a perfect location for our quick trip to Tampa. The home is very clean and organized and the outside area around the hot tub is perfect for entertaining.Will definitely return!

Very Comfortable and Relaxing Stay

We were in town for Christmas and my son lives only 10 minutes from the house. It was very clean, and the kitchen and bathroom was very well appointed. We had everything we needed to make a great meal, and retail, groceries and restaurants literally 1/2 mile away!

Nice and fresh house. Holds everything you need. Smooth check in and out. Quick access to highway 275 that takes you to Clearwater. Looking for the perfect rental for your Tampa stay? Look no further!

The property is exactly as advertised, it's beautiful. SO clean, with a lovely backyard / patio which includes an amazing hot tub with a television out back. The king sized bed in the main room is probably the most comfortable rental bed I've ever slept in. It is fully stocked with an assortment of clean towels, all the cookware you would need for meals, etc. Total privacy. Would LOVE to stay again in the future, as My friend and I felt so cozy here. A home away from home. You won't want to leave!

Newly remodeled property centrally located for Raymond James Stadium, a number of different shopping venues as well as downtown. Property itself was spotless. Kitchen well equipped with soda and water provided free in the refrigerator. Would like to have stayed longer to take advantage of jacuzzi and foosball out on the back patio. Bathroom equipped with toiletries and lots of towels. Very positive experience overall. Will be back next time we come to Tampa.

Great stay!!

Had a great stay at this property. It met my families needs completely. The property was as advertised and shown in the pictures. The property was clean and well stocked. We had no issues over our 10 day stay. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. It was our first time in Tampa and the property manager shared wonderful insight about the local area and Tampa.

Home away from home!

This was our second stay as my daughter is attending UT. The home is absolutely perfect for a family of 4/6. It’s so clean and comfortable. Gracine, the host, is so accommodating and nice. The home is within minutes to Hyde Park Village, U Tampa, Target, Walmart…. Literally everything you need. It’s perfect. Already planning our next stay. Won’t stay anywhere else!

AMAZING

By far the best rental property we have stayed in! Gracine was so incredible and so communicative. She provided extra towels, sheets and pillows. The location was so great, and there was plenty of parking and space for everyone! Will definitely stay here again!
