If you are looking for a well kept island-feel condominium at an affordable price, our unit, located 100 yards from the ocean, will not disappoint. Our beautiful second story condo is located in building 1 at the Kihei Kai Nani Resort. It has great ocean and beach views and views of Haleakala and the West Maui mountains. The condo was completely remodeled in 2011 and is regularly updated. The unit features cherry wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, washer and dryer, a king size bed, and a new air conditioning unit in the bedroom (summer 2020). The new appliances include a new large refrigerator with an ice maker. Flooring is tile in the living room and kitchen and hardwood in the bedroom. Walls are freshly painted in contemporary colors. This unit also has its own washer and dryer, recently replaced in June 2024.

The Kihei Kai Nani Resort complex has an updated outdoor pool and recently upgraded laundry facilities.

Calls placed from the condo unit house phone to Canada are free of charge.

Great snorkeling, paddle boarding (SUP), swimming, beach walking, and outdoor yoga are all available just steps away from the condo!

Due to the popularity of our unit, we are often book in advance for the winter/spring high season. If you are considering our condo for next year, please book soon.

Great and across from the beach

Well appointed, clean, great location. Had a lovely stay, the property managers were responsive and property had everything we needed. We had an amazing vacation.

Amazing condo with fantastic view, quick walk to the beach! It was so nice to be able to walk to so many places from the condo.

A Great Place To Stay

A home away from home! The place to stay if you want to be near the beach. The host’s communication was excellent. The condo is very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Maui!

This unit was in such a great location. Was easy to walk to amenities such as shops , restaurants and most importantly the nearby beaches. The unit is comfortable and neat , was fabulous to have the beach chairs/ umbrella as well as the in unit washer/ dryer . We happened to be there at the time of the bigs kona storm that hit the Hawaiian islands and our hosts were fabulous , making sure we were safe and keeping in touch with us. Would definitely stay here again.

Right across from beach and central to restaurants and store

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful week. We loved being able to see the beach from the lanai and walk places to eat and get treats. Centrally located. Nice place and clean.

Perfect location!

We loved this property! Right across the street from the beach. Kitchen well equipped for cooking meals. Very comfortable for our family. We will definitely be back!!

Exactly what we were looking for and reasonably priced. Perfect for two people. Not a recent build but all appliances are modern and in very good order. We would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyable stay

My husband and I have stayed at KKN before and enjoy the location of this complex. This was our first time in this particular condo and I liked everything about it. No carpet and a washer/dryer in the unit plus a great ocean view we’re the highlights for me. I would definitely stay again!

Amazing location and perfect condo

Love staying at this condo. This is our second time staying here and are great to deal with for communication. Always as expected and never an issue. Location is perfect to walk across to Kam II or to eat close by.

Wonderful from start to finish!

Great location and very nice condo. Unit was very clean and comfortable. The owners are excellent to work with and very much concerned about making certain that everything is there for the renter. Looking forward to returning on our next trip to Maui.

Short visit in Maui

Had a short stay due to the major windstorm in Hawaii. The owner was very understanding about our situation. Location can't be beat. Right across from the beach and walking distance to cafes and restaurants. A short drive to Wailea where there is a lovely beach walk. Maholo Jennifer!

I've been coming to Maui for 20 years and have stayed at many different condos including my timeshare just up the road and I would rate this as the best location for the price. Well stocked including beach gear Had a great time enjoying the deck with a cup of coffee every morning with a great view of beach across the street. Great location and great value. Mahalo

Island Oasis

I used to live in Maui so I am familiar with the Aloha. This was my girls first time here since she was a baby and sharing it with her was super special.This condo is perfect! Great location. Nicely decorated. Owners so personable. We plan to come back!

Amazing location and property

Can tell the owners take pride in their property. Location is amazing to get to the beach, close food and watch the amazing Maui sunsets. Communication was easy and no issues. Love this complex and this property didn’t disappoint. Bed was comfy and owners had access to many beach items. Exactly what we expected. Would love to stay again

Lovely condo

I have stayed in this condo and liked it so much that I rented it for my daughter and her family. It is very clean and has an ocean view from the lanai. KKN is located across the street from Kamaole beach 2, & close to restaurants and shops. The pool is the largest one in this area of condos, so is nice for swimming or just relaxing by. Being in building one, which is close to the road, one would expect noise, but my daughter said they had no problem with that. I would rent here again

Beautiful Condo

My husband and I stayed for 8 nights in November/December. The condo is beautifully updated and very comfortable. It is equipped with everything anyone would need. The location is perfect. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the lanai with a view of the ocean. The beach, shopping and restaurants are all very close. It would be easy to stay here without the need of a rental car. Thanks so much Jennifer, Gary and Jane for sharing your condo. We definitely plan to return for a longer stay next time.

Beautiful all ready to go!

Just as described, Very clean and ready to go. All the amenities we could want.We came for our 35 th wedding anniversary.Had a lovely time, so close to the beach and restaurants. Its our 2 time to Maui. The condo was great place very relaxing ,loved the washer/dryer in condo so handy. Jen was great to work. Thanks again for the lovely condo. We shall be back again. Nice little condo in a great location

Really enjoyed our stay here overall. It's located directly across the street from Kam II beach where we saw multiple sea turtles and it's also relatively close to multiple shopping and food options. The condo itself was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was nice to have as well. The only thing I can really complain about is I wish there was multiple boogie boards and snorkle sets in the lanai cabinet (there was only one of each) and the TV remotes were a bit confusing to navigate lol. Either way, I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking in the Kihei area. Solid option

Kihei Kai Nani YES!

Unit 202 in building 1 was wonderful! Clean, quiet, close to the beach and dining! There was a lovely view of Kamaole 2 from the lanai. The condo was well stocked with beach chairs/towels/toys and the kitchen had plenty of spices and cooking items. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. You will enjoy your visit in unit 202!

Aloha! We are a retired couple that lives half-time on Maui and the remainder in colorful Colorado. We love the Kihei Kai Nani Resort. Since we live in Kihei 7 months of the year, we have the opportunity to keep our rental property in excellent condition. Bookings are now managed by our daughter, Jennifer.

We enjoy meeting our guests and sharing our experiences on Maui.

We love Maui, and the Kihei Kai Nani is in a perfect location. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The Kihei Kai Nani is close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and some of the best golf courses in the world. Our returning guests have commented on the walkability of the location and the availability of public transportation.

Kihei Kai Nani Resort is a smoke free complex. The complex does provide 2 areas designated for smoking.
