Guests can enjoy access to two shared hot tubs, three pools, a pickleball/tennis court, a grill area, a fitness center, a clubhouse, and a nearby private boardwalk to the beach when staying at this condo, but the close proximity to the beach might be your favorite shared amenity. Beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and beach games are located in the balcony closet. Beach towels are located in every bathroom, either on shelves or in the vanities under the sinks.

Relax in a cozy chair on the covered balcony facing the sunrise with a direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. Inside, you can recline in a posh living area cooled by central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer will take care of everyone's swimsuits, so you can just relax with one of the provided board games. The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and kitchen equipment that guests can use to cook tasty beach snacks.

The condo includes three smart TVs, a digital thermostat, and plenty of beach equipment and toys, board games, and books to keep you occupied during your stay. Bedrooms are equipped with top-of-the-line comfort mattresses to ensure a good night's rest, with blackout blinds in the primary bedroom for sleeping in. You'll have so many choices for fun at this condo that you won't know where to begin.

Nearby attractions include Anastasia State Park, St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park, St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum, Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, Old Town Trolley Tours St. Augustine, Fiesta Falls Miniature Golf, and The St. Augustine Amphitheatre all within eight miles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
