Located 1.5 miles from the closest public beach, and minutes from all restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques, and many more! This is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home with a loft. Includes 4 queen sized beds, and 1 king sized bed in the master suite. Can sleep up to 10. Full kitchen, 2 car garage, washer/dryer, free Wifi, grill and lounge chairs to hang around, and MANY MORE!

Perfect Getaway Location

This home was perfect for our family. The location is so close to the beach and convenient to Saint Petersburg and Clearwater beach. Lovely pool! Enjoyed the use of the beach umbrellas and the washer and dryer. Wonderful stay!!

Beautiful Home

The house was bright and spacious, the kids really loved the pool. Very close to the most beautiful beaches, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella were a huge help. Thank you so much !

Family Trip (6 ppl)

Very pretty neighborhood! Close to local grocery, convenience store, and a couple of restaurants. Beach is a short drive as well! It’s a big house but a bit “bare-bones”. We flew in from another state and ended up going out to buy beach towels (only 2 were provided), laundry detergent, a cooler, beach chairs (that weren’t rusty and torn), light bulbs (many burnt out), and a few other items out of the usual grocery/beverage list to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen had enough pans, dishes, silverware, etc. to get by. All 3 main bedrooms had closets but none (including the loft) had a dresser - which we would’ve appreciated. More than 1 tv for the entire house would’ve been nice as well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but for the price-point and description, we anticipated a more home-away-from-home experience.

Fun in the sun!

We had a great time! The house was perfect for the families we traveled with. It is very spacious and close to beautiful beaches. The pool needed a cleaning so my husband and brother-in-law vacuumed it. We also cleaned up the front walkway to avoid dragging debris into the house. The only concern we had was when we received a text telling us we didn’t close the garage door. There were still people at the house, but it felt like we were being watched. We did notice cameras around the property after this. Maybe guests should be made aware of this. The signs throughout the neighborhood protesting vacation rentals made it unwelcoming. Overall a great stay!

Great for families

There were 8 of us and this house had plenty of space. It has a very open central layout. You could smell how clean it was at check in. The pool area and patio are great for enjoying the weather with plenty of outdoor furniture/pool toys. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk around. However, many of the surrounding homes had “short term rentals not welcome” signs in their yard. Be careful backing out of the driveway as it is tight for 2 cars and close to the neighbors. There is a park within walking distance and several restaurants/stores nearby. We loved the bikes and beach equipment provided. The beach is about 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike. Madeira, St Pete, and Clearwater beaches are a short drive for tours, excursions, etc. We enjoyed low key Indian shores & Indian Rocks beaches. This house could use a few more furnishings especially dressers. We had 4 children with us and there wasn’t any dressers in the house to store clothes. A regular coffee pot and a few more kitchen tools such as a pizza cutter and large pot to steam seafood would be handy. Maybe 1 more tv and a few more washcloths provided. The host responded to all questions promptly. It was very relaxing, we enjoyed our stay and the area.

Gymnastic meet and family vacation

The house was clean, pool was fantastic once heated. Beach toys for kids, many beach chairs. Within short distance to many beaches and not to far to Tampa.

Great location

We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay at this home and it was perfect! Close to many beaches, treasure island, Madeira, clear water and st Pete’s beach are the ones we visited. All within 25 mins. Location was nice and quiet. The pool was the biggest hit with the kids. We had plenty of space for the 7 of us and we everyone enjoyed the property. The beds were on the firm side, but not awful. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Prefect for a family getaway

This house was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean and very inviting. The owner was very responsive and check in was very easy. There are so many extras in the house and garage that made our beach trips so easy. The supervisor had to come check things and the wifi and he was sooo friendly. The pool was great and I loved the sitting area. It was very close to everything. We would definitely stay again. Thank you so much!!

Asked extra money to heat the pool

Pool was freezing cold for the whole stay even with the heating on Host was not friendly, vrbo in general was not helpful with the issues on site.

Delightful property

We were 4 adults and one child visiting the area for the first time and so glad we found this property , and although there was only five of us it would have accommodated another four people as we didn’t even use the upper level of the property . The property is in a lovely residential area and within a short driving distance to some lovely parks that was ideal for keeping the 3 year old in our party occupied . There was also some nice bars and restaurants not too far away The property is exactly as advertised and had everything we needed , the pool area was ideal for having fun for a few hours each day and there was plenty of inflatable toys available for additional fun . The check in process was straight forward and our property manager Roland was in constant contact with all the info we needed . All in all it was a great choice for us and if you are considering staying in this area then I would recommend this property .

Very relaxing vacation

Great house, very clean and comfy. Plenty of sleeping space. Pool was clean, close to the beaches, we loved that! Very conveniently located to everything we needed! Would stay here again definitely!

The house was very nice, and clean, but it was very sparsely furnished. He could have used a few more comfortable chairs in the TV viewing area. The house also advertise a pool however, we were told once we arrived that we would have to pay extra to have it heated Each day . The house was not as close to the beach as the pictures would lead you to believe.

Wonderful Stay in Seminole

We had an absolutely excellent stay in this property. It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood very close to the beach and near plenty of shops and restaurants. Roland the host was very attentive, checking in online was a breeze and Roland made sure we had everything we needed during the stay. The jacuzzi wasn’t working when we arrived but after reporting it, it was fixed within 24 hours. The house itself is decorated very nicely and is very spacious. Our 4 adults and 2 children enjoyed the space and slept well in the very comfortable beds. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this property again, it was fantastic.

Beautiful home near the beach

I stayed here with my husband and our small wedding party for 3 days. The house looks great in person - exceeded our expectations based on the photos. The kitchen was stocked with tons of little things you might need. It was recently renovated and has great appliances. It’s an open kitchen so it was great for our little group to hang out in when it was rainy or hot outside. The pool and lounge area were clean and well maintained. There’s a grill with propane hook up. No need to make the trip to the beach if you didnt want to for any reason. The house itself is also full of little things you might need. There are pool toys, lots of towels. There are even a few beach bikes that we took for a ride. Roland reached out just before and during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. He was a super accommodating host! All in all we are happy we choose this as our getting ready house for our wedding and our party had a fantastic stay!

Absolutely perfect!!

The house, property, and location were exactly as described. The property manager/owner has stocked the house with lots of extra things that you don’t even know you may need. The pool was clean and so wonderful on hot days. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for making our vacation a huge hit!!!

Amazing experience at this property. Host was kind, checked on the cleanliness of the home after cleaning staff left, and was great with communication. Great location for everything I wanted to accomplish on my trip with amenities for all of my needs. Really made my trip special! Loved everything about this property and host, 10/10 would go back in a heartbeat.

Great place for vacation!

Loved this property! It was really clean and cozy. Loved the heated pool. The location is great, close to the beach and any restaurants and stores you need. Would definitely stay here again, especially with kids!

Great Stay!

The house definitely accommodated our travel standards. It was clean, modern, and spacious. We had a party of five and there was a bed for each of us. The house is located 30 minutes from Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Clearwater (of course if you want a closer beach, you have access to them from this location.) Also, the host was quick to communicate and respond to some of my questions. One of our highlights was the pool. After a long day of exploring the attractions, we came back and swam in the heated pool. If you travel in the winter/cooler months, consider having the pool heated. There is a charge per day for the pool to be heated but it will be well worth it. If you’re looking for a peaceful neighborhood, a place to call home and unwind from a fun-filled day, then this is the house for you
