We loved our stay in this wonderful property. The kids loved the bunk room, the king beds were very comfortable, the golf cart was in great shape, and the downstairs area was fantastic for cooking, gathering and getting staged for days at the pool and beach. Great location and wonderful area of Sandestin. Property was in great condition, A/C worked great and all around great place

We love Sandestin! This is an amazing resort. We have stayed here a few times before but first time staying in the Villa. We did have issues but the host was very quick to respond it just made for some inconveniences with our plans and having to be out of the house at times but they communicated very well. The dryer also wasn’t the best we had to run it two cycles before it dried. The house was cleaned but not spotless, but we were still very grateful for it.

We stay near Destin every summer since 2013. This was the first time staying in Sandestin and this place was so perfect! The golf cart and location made a HUGE difference from our other vacations to Destin. It was clean and the communication for any questions or issues was timely and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

The house was poorly maintained and not cleaned. There is heavy condensation dripping from the ceiling on the master bathroom, the circuit breaker keeps tripping, leaving us without lights. A technician, speaking with a condescending tone, explained that houses in Florida aren't built properly and that this is normal—I suppose Floridians just live without lights and with molds. VRBO team - this was our last booking with your platform.

We enjoyed Sandestin! The home was just as listed. The washer and dryer could stand some attention; nonetheless, we were grateful the house was in good condition. We are definitely planning to return for family vacationing in the future.

Parents own a house 2 houses away and when all of us kids and grandkids come we need more room so this is perfect. Kids went out the back door and to grandmas house. Golf carts were so handy.

Great stay overall. No kids, only adults but would absolutely come back to the area with our kids. Only issue we had at the house was the AC went out on 2nd floor where all bedrooms were and it was 80-90 degrees out. We checked out the day it was addressed so hoping it was resolved. Having the golf cart was great and mostly the only way we traveled while there.

Disappointment

Food under stove, food under loveseat, dirt and debris under sofa, black mold on ceiling in master toilet area, shower doesn't drain well, washing machine was left broken and filled with water. Master bed mattress was horrible. Grill tools outside dirty and 1 laying in the yard. Rust on stair railing. Discovered by getting all over our hands and clothing.

No le gustó: Limpieza, check-in, ubicación y veracidad del anuncio
My experience renting this property was extremely unfavorable. The property was dirty on arrival, with highlights being blood on a spare pillow, dirty sheets with stains, excessive dust, hair on dishwasher in cabinets, and an a/c duct that drips on your head when using the toilet in the master bath. Plus, the breaks on the golf cart weren't sufficient for safe operation, at least not in my opinion. I could go on and on, but to shorten the review, the overall experience was the worst I've had in 30 years visiting Sandestin Resort. Watch out for the fine print, or better yet, avoid the headaches and disappointments that we had to experience.
