We loved our stay here! The condo was comfortable, spotless and had all the home and beach ameneties one needs. Stan was very proactive and took the time to reach out to check on things, and he was very responsive as well. We will be back for sure!

Beach view and access were 5 stars; we had to call for broken ice maker, dishwasher leak and have batteries replaced in the locked door access….we got locked out but it was easily fixed by a phone call to the rental agency…thank goodness we had our phone Kitchen needed a good cleaning Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortableNeeded updated beach chairs and sand wagon but had all new beach towels which was a plus

We did not use the pools, but the beach view was amazing. Stan was an excellent host, super responsive, and the unit was well accommodated. Especially loved the barstool height Adirondack chairs on the balcony for an unobstructed view of the beach. We will definitely rent from Stan again!

Super nice condo with a view.

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and provided nice homie touches with the coffee /tea, snacks on the counter and the bathroom toiletries.

Beyond Excellent

The place was beautiful and Stan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Clean, spacious and the perfect location. Breathtaking view of the ocean from the entire living room and balcony. Nice pool and shop downstairs, beach steps away across the street and places to eat and drink nearby. I would stay there again in a her.

Awesome And Amazing

The property was exactly as advertised. The unit was perfect for our family and had everything we needed for our stay and then some. Extra touches such as arrival snacks, coffee & teas, creamers, sweeteners, bathroom necessities, toilet paper, paper towels, and extra everything were awesome. Having everything we needed for the beach was amazing. The unit and facilities were top notch, clean, and well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Great place.

The property was very nice....just as pictured. Wonderful location with a beautiful ocean view. Host was very nice! We had no issues during our stay, but I'm confident that Stan would have addressed them immediately if we did. Loved all the snacks that were there for us upon our arrival. We arrived on Mother's Day and there was a vase of fresh flowers with a Happy Mother's Day note. Very nice beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon was a really nice extra! Will definitely like to use this property/host again when we come back to the Destin area.

Stunning Oceanfront Retreat!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a panoramic view of the ocean that took our breath away. The condo itself was beautifully appointed, with modern amenities and thoughtful touches throughout. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore and stepping out onto the balcony to watch the sunrise over the water was an experience we'll never forget. Whether we were lounging on the comfortable furniture indoors or relaxing on the beach just steps away, we were constantly surrounded by the serene beauty of the ocean. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, yet still feeling secluded enough to enjoy a peaceful getaway. The owner was incredibly accommodating and made sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. If you're looking for a beachfront oasis with unparalleled views and all the comforts of home, look no further than this stunning condo. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable vacation!"

Great location and beautiful view! Impressed with area activities info owner provided ahead of time. Many pros - condo location right across from beach, comfortable beds and living room, clean bathrooms with plenty of towels, storage and toiletries, beach towels provided, nice size kitchen with pleasant surprises; snacks, coffee filters, Ziploc bags, garbage bags, dish liquid. Easy beach access and plenty of hoses in pool area to wash sand off before heading back up to condo. Didn't use any of the pools or hot tub but saw plenty of families taking advantage of those amenities. Walkable ice cream shop and restaurants. Only real complaint was condition of listed beach equipment at condo; chairs and umbrella are worn and/or damaged, definitely seen better days. We picked 2 most usable chairs out of 4, one shouldn't be used, one is questionable. Umbrella worn and torn. Understand this equipment is out in weather and used by numerous renters so hard to maintain, but listing pic of beach equipment was one of the main reasons I chose this particular condo. Since we were flying to FL and couldn't bring our personal chairs and umbrella, I was looking for condo that included those items. Condo does include those items but do not expect them to look like the listing pic and be sure to wear adequate sun protection. Owner does offer discounted beach rental equipment packages, equipment delivered right to condo, so that is something to consider.

The condo was AMAZING!! You can’t beat the view, it comes with beach chairs, umbrella, etc. it was CLEAN, and Stan’s communication was excellent! We loved being able to walk to the beach, and appreciated all the details leading up to our stay. He provided detailed lists of recommended restaurants, excursions, and even a recommendation for things to do on rainy days! Thank you for an amazing stay!! We will definitely be back!!

Very good

The property was great. It was very comfortable, great view and welcoming snacks which I thought was a nice touch. We did have an issue that Stan and his team addressed immediately so we could enjoy our stay.
