Beautiful waterfront home. 8 min walk to the beach and restaurants private pool.

This beautiful multistory home is located on the intercostal and is within 8-10 min walking distance to the beach with an extensive variety of restaurants and bars, (see our reviews that rave about our location - probably the best in IRB if you don’t want to drive anywhere).
The home has been newly remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook a family dinner as well as coffee maker and Keurig. We provide complimentary coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner for your use. The kitchen is equipped with every kind of spice you may need!
The home boasts a large pool overlooking the intercostal with plenty of space for relaxing and cooking out on the BBQ.
The home has amazing views of the water; relax and spend time watching the boats, dolphins, pelicans and wildlife go by, or set off in the two kayaks that we have available for you to use, at your leisure.
The location of this home makes it a much sought after vacation spot which, after experiencing the view it has to offer, you will never want to leave!
The pool is currently not heated but we have had plenty of previous guests stay in December and have told us they have swan(see reviews)

What’s included!

Use of 2 kayaks, a couple of fishing rods, you may want to try your hand at fishing!

We do provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon for use. We also have a variety of coolers. There is a small umbrella stroller, a pack and play and a portable high chair that attaches to the kitchen chairs.

The linen closet is stocked with extra sheets, clean towels, and blankets. We have two inflatable twin beds for use if needed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with 12 piece tableware set, pots and pans for cooking, toaster, water kettle, keurig machine and coffee maker. We have a vast array of spices for cooking.
BBQ grill.

There is a refrigerator and kitchenette type area on the lower level by the pool, perfect for access when out by the pool or for guests staying in the lower level bedroom, as well as a full bathroom.

Great stay in IRB!

Annual girls' trip to escape the cold NE winter! Group of 6 of us ages 35-50 spent 4 days at this property. Plenty of space and bathrooms for all of us, well-stocked, and super clean! Walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. IRB is super casual and low-key if you're looking to get away from more built up, resorty areas in FL. This property is great for many different types of groups. Book without hesitation!

Great Property and Owner

Stayed here with friends and we were all incredibly happy with the property. Tons of stuff provided for the beach and house. Extremely clean and great location. The owner Scott was great when it came to any questions I had with the property and reached out to make sure everything was good when we got there. Would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Perfect hosts, house and location

We love the house which was completely decorated for Christmas including 3 Christmas stockings for our grandchildren and wine for adults. We stayed in many Vrbo and never had a house so well stocked with everything. Wonderful and thoughtful hosts. Location was perfect Less than 10 minutes walk for the beach, cafe, restaurants. Will recommend without hesitation and hope to stay there again.

Thanksgiving trip!

We were so grateful to be able to rent this house over the Thanksgiving holiday- it had everything we needed including baby items (pack and play, etc). We enjoyed the pool and it was warm enough to enjoy even though it wasn't heated. Scott was so easy to communicate with and the location was perfect for easy beach access.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this house in a prime location in Indian Rocks Beach. We walked to the restaurants and the beach! But I must say we spent most of the time enjoying the pool. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you would ever need! We took a short walk to see the turtle park too! It was a wonderful vacation!

Family vaca 2024

We have been taking a family vacation (9 of us) for the last 4 years. We like to rent a home as it is more relaxed feeling and roomier than a cold hotel room. Your home was everything we needed. We knew this because we stayed there last year also! For all 9 of us to unanimously pick the same house tells you something!

Great Family get away

Beautiful home located a short 10 minute walk to the beach. The home was clean and well stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a beach vacation. It even has Kayaks that we were able to use. We had a few issues and our host Scott was very responsive. He went above and beyond to assure our trip went well. The only negatives, lower level a little difficult to keep cool, but we managed, the pool could have used a shock and the early checkout and late checkin times. Overall great vacation rental.

Big Chill week-end

This property matched all of the advertisements that were on-line. Very good location to local restaurants and the beach. Very clean and well stocked with beach supplies, towels, lots of spices for cooking!

Disappointed-Drawbridge

We felt the description and exceptional rating do not fit the property. The views are not amazing as described. We had a view of a large boat and a drawbridge. The drawbridge noise was annoying at times. We enjoyed the pool and its a good location other than the drawbridge and overall view.

Beach Vacay with Baby

House is nice with big functional kitchen and kitchen table. We couldn’t let the baby out on the deck though because the railings are a bit wide apart so I wouldn’t recommend it for young kids. Everything else was super functional nice big fridge raider, brand, new washer, and dryer plenty of chairs and beach towels for the beach, which was super close, and really nice. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Great Vacation

Our group had a great time in Indian Rocks Beach! Home was very clean, stocked with everything you can think of and the location was perfect! Owner was available for all my questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend this home if you’re planning to stay in this area!

Great family house!

We came with a group of mixed ages for a family stay. The location was perfect! The home was clean, well stocked and in a family neighborhood. The hosts communicated well and were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

Getaway with friends

Beautiful house and great location! We were even able to kayak with two dolphins that swam thru the canal. Hosts were amazing very quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Restaurants near by were excellent! The beach was perfect and a great nature park across the bridge was a must visit!❤️

Great property

We had a wonderful stay in IRB! The house is on a quiet cal-de-sac and there are lots of restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The house is fully stocked with kitchen appliances and gadgets. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, clean house, well located

We stayed here for 4 nights prior to New Years to attend a surprise engagement party - 6 adults and one infant. House was exactly as pictured - spectacular views of the water, huge pool and very clean, recently renovated home. Easy 5 min walk to beach and downtown. Owners were very responsive. Easy check in and check out.

Better than home

This beautiful home is right on the bay and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It has pool toys, sand toys, a wagon & chairs for the beach, an umbrella stroller (long walk in the heat for little ones), sunscreen, bug spray, etc! Made our packing much easier and the owner is very friendly & accomodating. Great neighborhood, comfy beds, very clean, & a great pool for multiple people! You have to see this place in person to truly appreciate!

Great place to stay

Overall great property to stay with 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Scott and Michele communicated very well. Everything in the home worked as it should, and it was supplied with everything that we needed. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great location. Walking distance to restaurants, stores and beach. Having a pool is a must in florida. Exactly like pictures and very clean. House was stocked with everything you need. We would stay here again.

Indian Rocks Beach

Nice home with everything you need for an enjoyable beach experience. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants on a daily basis. The pool is beautiful and many hours were enjoyed in it. You won’t be disappointed.

This warm climate, beautiful beach, and waterfront home is paradise that we want everyone to experience and love as much as we do.

This property is located in an extremely safe street and the smaller beach town gives a more intimate village like feel, more so than many other larger beach vacation spots, while still hosting a great choice of restaurants and bars. Safe enough for older children to walk into town and to the beach by themselves, and close enough to the many restaurants that a car is not required.
