This home was absolutely beautiful and so convenient to be just a few steps away from the beach. We absolutely loved the area and every part of this home! Wendy was so kind and responsive and we would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice beach access. Some newer technology in the house (light controls) seem to be not up to the task. Old time switches would be better. Temperature control was an adventure.

We loved our stay at Sunshine House. The host was very easy to work with and communication was excellent. The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There were beach chairs , wagon and sand toys for our use as well as numerous pool floats. I can’t say enough good things about Sunshine House and we look forward to staying here again.

House was great, working woth Wendy was easy and quickly responded to any questions or needs. The beach is a 2 minute walk which was great. The house was well stocked with all you needin the kitchen, linens, towels , beach chairs , bikes etc.

The Sunshine house was a relaxing week by the ocean and with their pool. ! Wendy and Manuel communicated with each step of the reservation. Their home provided space for 4 adults and 2 children. Well supplied kitchen and nice living area. The covered porch was an added bonus as we ate most of our home meals out there. I highly recommrndc this home for a memorable vacation !

Everything went very well. The house was clean. We were very close to the water. It's literally steps away from the beach. Our kids loved the little pool in between things. Finally, the hosts were very helpful and fast whenever we had any issues or questions. Everyone in our party wanted to stay there again next year. Thank you for everything!

We visited with our extended family for a big birthday trip to the beach and Spring Training baseball. The house and location were perfect for us, and all the amenities made traveling to the beach so much more convenient. It truly is under 200 steps to the beach! Communication with the owners was timely and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Excellent and friendly communication from host! House was amazing and as close to a beachfront property as you could get without actually being beachfront. House came with tons of beach materials to use (6 beach chairs, wagon,etc). Location is within walking distance of 3 good lunch spots and very short drive to some excellent restaurants. Will likely book again in the future if returning to St Petersburg/Indian Rocks Area.

Amazing beach rental

This property was as close to perfect in about every category possible. From being steps away from the beach to the thoughtful items for kids and overall beautiful home i would recommend this property to everyone.

Clean large rooms...everything you could possibly need..master suite is great.....short short walk to beach...the boys had a great time in the heated pool ....very easy access and several open spaces to gather....the host was great to work with...only thing to be aware of is a lot of stairs that might be difficult for older adults with knee isues

Family vacation at IRB.

Beautiful home with pool on the beach in an ideal location. Quiet yet close to restaurants and shopping. More than enough room for five adults, one toddler, and one infant. Beach towels and beach chairs provided. Plenty of beach toys for little ones.

A wonderful beach vacation

If you are looking for a spacious beach vacation spot with your family, look no further. This beautiful home is steps to a pristine beach in a gated community. The home has lots of space to gather while also offering plenty of private space to grab a book and get alone time. Looking forward to returning in the future!

Great stay with family

Fantastic location and very well appointed, clean house! We were a family of 10 and felt very comfortable in the house. We loved all the beach toys, chairs and towels provided… steps from the beach! The pool was also perfect for our group, particularly the little kids. Would highly recommend.

Large family meet up

We absolutely loved this home. It was equipped with everything we needed from supplies for our 9 month old nephew to beach chairs and bikes. Wendy is a treasure to work with and the love she has for her home was reflected in every room. We’ll definitely be back.
