Kamaole Beach Royale #501 is a spacious unit with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This unit has a window air conditioning unit in the living room and provides complimentary wifi. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. The spacious master suite faces the ocean with a slider to the balcony where you can enjoy gazing at the ocean while you enjoy a meal. It also includes a television so you can watch a little tv before dozing off in you comfortable king bed. The second bedroom also provides a king-sized bed and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. One bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo and the other bathroom includes a shower. The living room also provides a flat-screen television with cable and a slider to the lanai. The spacious 28 ft lanai gives you lots of room to enjoy the view as you are cooled by the soothing trade winds. Kamaole Beach Royale #501 also provides beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for outdoor activities. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! The unit sleeps up to 6 guests.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
Kamaole Beach Royale is centrally located across the street from Kamaole Beach Park #1; a white sandy beach in South Kihei, Maui, Hawaii. It has lush tropical landscaping, a swimming pool, covered, open-parking, and a rooftop pavilion to barbecue and watch breathtaking sunsets. The central location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beaches, and it is a short drive away from the famous golf courses of Wailea, Maui.

Great time

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was great. We didn't have hot water in the kitchen to do dishes, a few loose handles, broke cabinet hinges, noisy fan in master bathroom, nothing big. Condo needs alittle love. we would stay again in a minute and hope to.

Hawaii trip

We had a wonderful time at this property. Had coffee on the deck every morning and watched the sunset at night.The location was great. Easy short walk to the beach. Accommodated our group of 6 easily . The condo had plenty of beach towels, bathroom towels kitchen was stocked with everything you needed for cooking. Great seating and dining room table. We would definitely ho back!

Great location- but could use a deep clean

The stay was okay, comfortable beds and decent space. Unfortunately the condo is infested with ants and there’s only 1 AC unit in the entire place. The condo could also use a good deep clean and some updating.

Excellent accommodation

It was our first stay on Maui and we were very pleased with our choice of the accommodation. Easy check-in, quick response of the administration, clean and spacious, top located and a great ocean view with beautiful sunsets. I would highlly recommend!

Fantastic location and view

Across the street from the beach with a phenomenal balcony to enjoy the view and sunsets. Washing machine wasn’t working when we were there (scheduled for repair), but the property manager offered to pick up and have our laundry done while we were there. Wasn’t necessary as we had friends we could use their facilities, but the proactive way of offering to address was greatly appreciated. Fantastic location and set up for our family vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

August stay

Great property. One huge complaint needs additional air conditioning unit. It was warm in the condo. If we didn’t have the a\c on it would have been very uncomfortable. Layout and amenities were great but don’t know if I would stay there again because of the heat and humidity in the condo.

Decent place across from ocean

Condo is clean with a good view. We were able to watch the sunset every night. The beach is a short stroll but it wasn't our favorite beach. The waves were pretty rough the entire time we were there (which changes). The beach is washed out with orange fencing along a lot of it. We enjoyed the location and could walk to some shops. The back rooms are indeed very hot. Thankfully the place has fans and my kids didn't complain but if it had been me sleeping back there I would have been miserable (we stayed first week in August). Condo is on the 5th floor. The washing machine was broken, that was a little inconvenient. They did take our clothes, wash them and bring them back but it would have been better to just have the washer. The place was comfortable, beds and sitting areas. It was a decent place to stay.

Awesome unit except for 2 issues.

We loved the location and the 3 seperate bedrooms for us 5 adults was perfect, There were 2 disappointing issues......... The washer did not work and the unit needs a deep cleaning..especially the carpet in the traffic area. We will definately stay here again if the 2 issues are resolved.

Perfect for our group

I spent most of my time on the outside area, just watching the water, the sunsets, and listening to the waves. The unit is a bit dated, but clean and plenty spacious. I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in an amazing location right next to the beach and in the heart of Kihei! Great beach stuff to use on the lanai. Everything worked well.The one AC unit didn't quite cool the whole condo so it got a bit warm. A little sparsely equipped with amenities. Sleeps 6, but there are only 3 wine glasses. The coffee pot requires filters, but the filters in the condo were too small to use. No place to put dishes after you wash them so the counter was always cluttered and wet.

Amazing view

This condo has an amazing view of the ocean. The double lanai was so nice for my family and I to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean and a daily sunset. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The only suggestion that I have is that it needs a second window ac unit. The front two bedrooms get very warm and stuffy in the afternoons. Other than that, it’s a beautiful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental needs a complete make over. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced with laminate. Tha a/c unit was dripping condensation on the lanai and a pot need to be kept under it to catch the water. The unit needs to be replaced . The sheets on the twin beds were flannel and should have been cotton as the sheets were very warm to sleep in. Location was perfect. Grounds were well kept I would recommend this property to a friend but not this unit. The ceiling fans were filthy and needed to be cleaned by housekeeping Overall the location is accessible to most restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Swimming and sunning. Then in the afternoon we swam in the pool. The evenings were great - eating dinner on the balcony, watching the sunset and enjoying the ocean breezes. A million dollar view! Great spot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this condo. The view from the balcony gave was amazing. The sunsets were perfect without having to walk down to the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the roof top grill. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it a lot. A couple of things to note:The AC unit is in the living room. The 2 bedrooms in the back of the unit didn't get much cooling. Opening the windows at night helped them out, until the Roosters start up.The beach gear is great. We used it a lot. You can tell that others had as well. Don't be surprised if items are a little rough. Parking is a little tight. Not just at this condo, but everywhere in Maui. Keep that in mind when you rent a vehicle. A smaller vehicle is preferred.Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Make sure you try Maui Gelato for the ice cream and shaved ice. Snorkel bobs is right across the street for snorkel gear, boogie boards, or SUPs. The ABC store at the Gas station is convenient for overpriced food, and reasonably priced souvenirs. The beach across the road (KAM 1) is awesome. We saw turtles, fish, and even a stingray and a shark when snorkeling (south end of beach). Don't feel like you need to seek out another beach for snorkeling. This is the second time we've rented with Rentals Maui and won't be the last. They've been great to work with. Professional, reasonably priced, and with well maintained units.

Great location and accommodations

Our family of six enjoyed our stay here. Despite the unit being “air conditioned “ we were still pretty warm at nighttime due to their only being one a/c unit in the living room. Parking spaces where quite small and tight for parking our suv. The unit Having six beach chairs and towels was very accommodating to our family for beach activities. Overall we were pleased with the condo, amenities, location and easy check in.
