House was perfect for our stay. Short drive to the ocean, and walking distance to a great little restaurant. Yard is perfect spot to fish from.

Fun stay at a great house. Owner was very accommodating and answered questions quickly. More than expected for the price point and I noticed since the last time I stayed in this house the owner is working to improve the property even further. I can’t speak highly enough of this place and its owner. Thank you!!!!

It was simple and wonderful with extra cold AC for the hot and humid holiday weekend. Plenty of space and all the neighbors were extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. We will definitely being coming back! Our chocolate lab and little Shih Tzu loved it as much as we did. Love when hosts are pet friendly with a clean and well maintained place. Boat slip was even big enough for our 23 foot boat.

Clean and good communication. Property was perfect little weekend spot close to the boat ramp, inlet and restaurants. Beware if you bring a boat the canals are VERY shallow especially at low tide.

You just have to stay in the canal. Many large boats go by daily. Action Charter has a 52 foot navy boat that goes by 2 times a day, regardless of the tide.

The house and property was great. Clean and in order. We had a great time fishing from the yard. Beautiful views of the bays and absolutely amazing abundance of wildlife to see on a daily basis. We were even blessed to have dolphins swimming right in front of the house. Altogether it was a amazing stay at this wonderful place.

Great house!!!

My family and I have been visiting Surfside for over 30 years. We have probably stayed in 15-20 different house in that time. This little house was by far the best we have ever had the privilege to stay in. It was clean and in order. Everything work as it should. The water pressure in the shower was great. (If you know you know) the views and abundant wildlife was amazing. Very private feel due to being able to close off the property to others. We had a great time fishing and crabbing from the yard. Very convenient to have a cleaning station on-site as well. Over all a 10 out of 10 for this this house. Absolutely Amazing!!!
