Like many houses on the Mesa, ours does not have AC units, only heating. Fans are available for guests.

Amazing stay

It was an amazing property with so many wonderful amenities! Owners were incredibly responsive and hospitable. Our family enjoyed staying at this property immensely!

Cozy little place that’s easily accessible

We came in for a long graduation weekend. The owners were very communicative and the house was as described. They added the small little details that make such a difference in a stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Property

We loved this little house. We got there late in the evening. After a long drive all you want to do is get to the place and settle in. This was perfect. Easy parking, easy "fuss free" entrance on the key pad. Very comfortable beds.

Perfect for a Palisade/Grand Junction Adventure

Our little Mesa home was perfect for the range of adventures we had planned for a long weekend. It was a great base camp to explore the Colorado National Monument, Grand Mesa, and exploring the Palisade wine country. The upstairs loft was great for our two younger children. We will definitely book here again for our western Colorado adventures!

Perfect little Cottage!

Located on a quiet main street in a sweet little town. Cute home that was very comfortable. Functional kitchen and the shower was top of the line. Very comfortable home. Host Elizabeth was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate. Would stay again. Thank you.

Great winter getaway

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights while skiing at Powderhorn. The place was just as listed. Communicating with Elizabeth was smooth. The beds were super cozy and the kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked. If we’re in the area again, we’ll definitely plan to stay here.

Amazing

We absolutely loved it!! Elizabeth was amazing communicating with me. We had a little issue and Elizabeth took care of it right away by contacting her handy man Ty. Ty was great and very respectful. I would book again in a heart beat. Thank you Elizabeth for everything, I appreciate it.

Excellent Powderhorn Lodging

We absolutely loved this place! It was super cute, great location (only 10 min from slopes), and very well stocked—had everything we needed. Beds, linens, towels were all great quality. Owners did a great job renovating this old house and decorating it. They were easy to deal with and helpful. Highly recommended!
