New home in Callender lake gated community. One block from the water . 3 bedroom with 2 full baths and every thing you need for the stay. Canton is 30 min away . Near artsy Edom. Has ping pong table in the garage . Gas grill and burn ring . Garbage - There are trash cans in the bathrooms and in the kitchen. When you take trash out, there is a larger trash can outside or bags can be taken to the dumpsters up at the entrance.

For long term stays, There are garbage dumpsters up at the entrance of the neighborhood to empty the trash cans into or to take bagged trash to. They empty these weekly.

We had an absolutely great stay at this home. It was picture perfect, very clean and James the owner went above and beyond with our stay. We loved walking around the neighborhood and the lake was maybe a 5 minute walk from the house. And it was so beautiful there.

Four friends on a weekend trip to First Monday in Canton. The house was so clean and comfortable. We loved it and will be back. Host was one of the best I’ve ever worked with!!!

Memorial Day Weekend!

We had a wonderful stay visiting friends in the same neighborhood for Memorial Day Weekend! We definitely recommend for families and/or friends/girls trip weekend! This home has everything you need, is very peaceful and relaxing. We look forward to returning!

Excellent Rental!!

Very clean and wonderfully cozy!! Quiet neighborhood and the surroundings are really pretty! James is very nice, prompt and easy to work with on rental, check in/out process. Easy and beautiful drive to Canton.

Relaxing Get Away

The property was new and clean. The owners had clearly given a great deal of thought to the comfort of the quests. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly recommend this property to family and friends.

The house was in a quiet gated neighborhood. The lake was walking distance from the house. The house itself was clean, roomy and we really enjoyed staying there. Will definitely come again.

Canton First Monday stay

This property is about 25 minutes from Canton First Monday Trade Days. We like to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. The house was perfect. Has a garage to store treasures in and a nice neighborhood and lake to take a walk and relax. Would definitely stay here again.

Fishing and relaxing! This property is beautiful! James and Goldie are wonderful hosts!!

We loved our 7 weeks at Callender Lake and James and Goldies property. The neighbors even brought us fresh eggs! Very friendly housing addition! Fishing the lake let us get to know several of the residents. We also fished other lakes in the area! Beautiful home
