Really great, enjoyable stay!

Met up with friends for the Quad Cities Marathon weekend, and everybody was wowed by this property. It was very nice, comfortable, clean and pleasant. Would book it again and recommend to others if headed to the quad cities.

Nice place!

We loved staying here. The house is set up very nicely and it was super clean. The location worked great for us since we have family on both sides of the river. When we come back to the area, we will be sure to look for this rental again.

Nice Stay

House was perfect for 4 guys on a golf trip. We weren't at the house a lot and didn't need to do any cooking, but the beds were great, the shower was hot, and the tv worked perfectly!

The location is perfect for anywhere you want to get in the Quad Cities. Patrick was great to communicate with and all the amenities have you covered for anything you forgot!

Convenient Location

Location very convenient to Moline. Also convenient to great waking/biking path. Home was clean and well equipped.

Clean, comfortable, accommodating

Patrick was a great host and very timely in communication. Our stay was 5/5 all around. Very clean and comfortable. A lot of little amenities that added an extra touch as well. Would highly recommend.

The house was as advertised.

It was very clean and well equipped. Exactly as described. Very easy check in and check out process. We come to this area for two tournaments a year. Will definitely try to stay in this house again.

This was a great place to stay with all the amenities that it had to offer.

We loved this house as it was clean neat and in a quiet neighborhood. It proved to be a great VRBO rental for us this time. Only thing on our wish list, is a clock in the living room would be beneficial for anyone staying here. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Relaxing and very clean stay.

My son and I very much enjoyed staying at this rental. We spent the day at the farmers market in Davenport and ate at the Chicago pizza place. After shopping we came back to the house and enjoyed the wine and pool table downstairs. We will definitely be back to this rental when we want to check out more area shopping, and can come back and relax . Thank you.

Family friendly and SO perfect!

This was a perfect location and home for our family of 5! We booked this stay at the last minute as we drove from Denver to Moline for a funeral. It was the perfect distance to everything and we loved taking our 5, 3, & 1 year old to the park (school playground) across the street. It was spot on clean, we had plenty of room for each of the kiddos to get great sleep, and the basement for them with carpet to run around in with all their toys from home. We also were able to connect to the wifi to hook up our kid’s bedroom cameras without any trouble. We also enjoyed the sweet bottle of wine upon arriving. Thank you! Please note that you can’t park on the street next to the home- we had breakfast watching the school cross guard take pictures of our car probably going to report us. So I immediately moved our vehicle and told her I would move it & that we wouldn’t park there again. The local children’s museum in town was a perfect spot for us one afternoon and the John Deere experience was priceless. This home made our family grieving experience more enjoyable to come, sit, relax and talk with other out of town family members. Thank you for great communication and a wonderful, clean, enjoyable stay here. **Also, 👌🏼 Loved the hand soap and lotion @ the bathroom sink!!

Wonderful stay in Bettendorf

Traveled with family to the Quad Cities for a wedding. We were delighted with our stay! The house was exactly as depicted in the listing, with SO MANY little amazing touches. Everything you could think of for a comfortable weekend. The house was so convenient to all of the our events, close to everything! Loved the pingpong table downstairs and the space for a mix of family was amazing, there was space for all to feel at home! Thank you for a delightful central hub for all we had to do! Highly recommend this location and such thoughtful owners!

Perfectly pristine!

The home is a quick and easy access to/from 1-74. The home was in pristine condition and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the ping pong table downstairs and the Keurig coffee station! We definitely recommend staying here!
