The upstairs offers a loft bedroom with a private bathroom with a shower. Just outside of Eugene, a 30 min drive to Hayward Field or Autzen Stadium.

Large separate family/game room with futon and Foosball/air hockey table and additional half bath.
Laundry room with stacked washer/dryer and sink.
