This spot was perfect! We had a blast fishing off the dock. Bonus you’re in the shade the whole time. Love the set up inside. Great A/C! Easy access to the highway to get back to town. Better than any hotel stay.

This was our second trip. We love this place where we can take our dogs and fish and relax. The only reason I did not give 5 stars on this one was because there was old nasty raw chicken left out on the grass by the fishing dock and my dog into it. That chicken looked to have been left by previous renters. Otherwise its a perfect place and we would love to go back.

Perfect beach house for a romantic weekend. The only thing, I would change is curtains on the main doors for a little more privacy and night time. Besides that it was perfect. Amazing host. Thanks Again!

Enjoyed our stay. Perfect location on the water and can fish right off the dock right outside the door. The beach was a 3 minute drive which was great. House was super clean. Loved that it was pet friendly and our fur baby had a great time and loved that it was fenced in. It doesn’t have a washing machine/ dryer or dishwasher but that definitely wasn’t that big of a deal. Bed was a queen, king size would have been nice but once again didn’t change what a great time we had. Price was great and was everything that we were looking for. Such a cozy peaceful trip and would definitely stay there again in the future. If you’re looking for a pet friendly super clean home for 2-4 people right on the water then I’d definitely recommend staying here on your next trip to Galveston. We made some great memories and some much needed relaxation and hope to visit again in the near future. Thanks for opening up your beautiful home to us!

A wonderful relaxing stay, close to both the Bay, the ocean and a short hop to Galveston. If you like to fish you're sitting on the canal with fishing light for nighttime adventures. Its clean and well stocked with the basics of what you need It spacious for its size as well as clean and comfortable. Excellent trip and well worth the money. Would absolutely stay again!

The home was clean and as described its perfect for a couple who just wants to enjoy some peace and quiet & go fishing by the deck. It’s a short drive (not even 5 mins.) to the beach. Property manager/host, madison, was friendly and responded quickly to all our questions.

Perfect stay for a weekend birthday getaway. Had all the amenities needed. Beautiful view of sunset, fun fishing and welcoming to our 2 dogs. We will be back.

This house was in a really good location and we enjoyed our stay. We loved everything about the home. Our only drawback was communication with the property management was very slow. I asked her a question and did not hear back for four days so I had to re-ask it and then I heard back then I also had concerns with the checkout process so I asked the day before we were supposed to check out and I still had not heard back from her so in the morning of checking out I asked the question and then did hear back from her. I love the house. I would definitely return but the property management could really use more timely communication.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I just went for a weekend of fishing and had a blast.The house was perfect and roomy with the perfect location. We were very thankful they shared their home with us.

Second time to stay here. Air conditioner works great. Interior is nice and comfortable. The bed is not as comfortable as I would like it to be but I’m used to my bed.

House was perfect for my little family, it was our first getaway with our 8 week old infant. Just wish there was more towels for the bathroom & kitchen!

This place was fanastic, would absolutely recommend to a friend! The only downside is there is no dishwasher but other than that it’s a great place for a get away :)
