Stunning Desert Mountain Home with private indoor heated pool and with amazing views in every direction. You will be sitting above the city of Alamogordo on the intriguing desert foothills of the incredible Sacramento Mountains. From the house, you will see the city, the Holloman Air Force Base, White Sands National Park and the Las Alturas mountains in the distance. An incredible site and our sunsets are amazing.
We are just minutes to town and 20 minutes from White Sands National Park.

Perfect stay

Beautiful property!!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views and nice location for White Sands. It is spacious, clean, with an indoor pool and anything else you might need. There are also sleds for the dunes at White Sands. One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommend!!!!!

Nice stay near White Sands

Property was comfortable, well equipped and with lovely views. Also in good location for visits to White Sands and other attractions. It was too hot for us to use the indoor pool but would have been a great amenity in other circumstances!

We had a wonderful time in the pool, the home was very clean and had many things we had forgot like dish soap and toilet paper. Would def stay here again!

Beat th heat

Very clean house. Well stocked and pool is great. Nice deck to watch sunrise. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Close to town yet not in town. Fun watching the quail run all over back of property

Beautiful Property

The property is very clean, which was extremely important to me. The location was very convenient to stores and everything we needed yet still very private. The views from all the decks were beautiful. Indoor pool was nice. Communication with the owner was easy. Would definitely stay again without question.

comfortable and quiet with beautiful views

I felt so relaxed the instant we entered this house. It was very clean and had nice artwork, very welcoming feeling. Beds are very comfortable with nice large pillows. Kitchen was well stocked. Would have liked to stay a couple more days so we could use the pool and enjoy the views more.

Nice house and pool!

This was a great house for two families! The location up on the hill also makes for a beautiful view, and the kids LOVED the pool and pool toys. We aligned the dishwasher racks carefully and then the dishwasher worked like a charm. Great to have sleds available too for sledding the white sand dunes.

Enjoyed the house, could have stayed longer

We were sad to only stay three nights. This house has lots of character and we felt comfortable the whole time. After a long day of driving from Albuquerque with several stops, it was great to walk into this house and feel at home. The views were a delight. We spent a day at White Sands and relaxed with a takeout dinner from a local restaurant. The next day, we traveled to Carlsbad and back. It was a comfort to have this house to return to. We spent much time on the various porches and decks. If we ever come back to Alamogordo, we all want to stay here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and spacious with great views of the city and mountains particularly at sunset. The indoor pool was a lot of fun and the perfect water temperature. We highly recommend this rental if you’re staying in Alamogordo!

Great property

Great property with great view and no neighbor. Rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. We would have like to have more hangers in the closets. The lower rack of the dishwasher is not fitting properly. Last thing is the pool guy was in at 9 am without notice when we were still in the house

La Hacienda, our favorite place to stay!

We greatly enjoyed our 2nd stay at The Hacienda. We loved our time there last summer so much we decided to stay for 2 weeks this time! The house is absolutely beautiful, the pool was enjoyed many times. Our young adult kids especially loved it! The kitchen is very roomy and well stocked. Had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. The new air conditioning unit is working great and much appreciated due to the extreme heat while we were there. The family room is very roomy and comfortable for our family of 6. Having three full bathrooms was so nice! The location of the house is perfect, as it is on the outskirts of the city, in the foothills. It’s private, quiet, but also close to everything in Alamogordo, White Sands, etc. The views from the multiple decks are amazing. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets in the evening, and there are great views of the city and White Sands. The laundry area in the garage was so helpful for our longer stay. The sleds kept there were handy to take to White Sands. Edward was very attentive to any needs and questions that we had. We have family in Alamogordo, and we love this house so much, we hope to be able to stay there every time we come to visit!

Lovely Sunsets

This house was everything that was advertised. Watching the sunsets from the upper deck was fantastic. The pool was great. There were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and towels. We used the sleds that were provided for the White Sands National Park (a must see). We would definitely stay again.
