This spacious home in Bolton Landing offers different experiences on each level and accommodates up to 18 guests! It boasts many fun features such as a nostalgic arcade, a 6-person hot tub with an outdoor cedar shower, a sizeable sunk-in fire pit adjacent to the golf course, a wine cellar, a custom bar for those special events, and a home theater with its very own popcorn maker for those rainy nights!

When stepping into this craftsman home, one discovers a large open floor plan consisting of an eat-in kitchen, dining room, billiard/dart room, and family room with an inviting stone fireplace. There is even a fully-stocked coffee bar! The entire space enjoys sweeping views of the sagamore greens! The fully equipped kitchen is the heart of this home. It offers gorgeous granite countertops, grand custom-built cabinetry, a large kitchen island that seats 6, and an additional 12-person dining table for those large family gatherings! The screened-in porch attaches to the family room and connects to the wrap-around deck. The deck offers a barbecue grill and additional seating with expansive views of the links. The main level also offers a king bedroom with an office, laundry room, and half bath.

On the second floor, you will find five more bedrooms. Once your booking is confirmed you will be required to sign a rental agreement. This will need to be completed to get your check-in instructions. On the day of arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent via email at check-in which is 4 pm. ***
