ADORABLE COTTAGE ON A FARM

Get away from it all and stay in this beautifully remodeled cottage. This one bedroom cottage was recently remodeled with granite countertops in the kitchen, custom double shower head tiled shower and a giant soaking tub. Enjoy the peace and quiet of a rural setting on our farm. Want to vacation with your pup, bring him/her along, as the cottage has a completely fenced in back yard. Bring your pony and ride the trails at the infamous Coldwater Horse Trails @ Blackwater State Park or leave the horses behind and head to the beach, just 45 mins south. The Blackwater River provides great kayaking and fishing or just hang out and enjoy a nice fire under the stars. Ask about kayak rentals. Horse pasture rental not included in daily rental fee. your fridge stocked, just ask and we will do your grocery shopping for you. We are located in north Milton off of Forest Hills Ln and Hwy 89.

It was clean and nicely setup, definitely gave us some beautiful mornings despite rain but enjoyed the stay. Will definitely be back in the future when in the area!

Great price, adorable house. The name speaks for itself. You can tell that whoever built this genuinely is passionate about it. So much attention to detail and modern aspect about it while maintaining the nautical cottage feel.The bathroom is gorgeous and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The home is built with the beach in mind, extra towels everywhere, no carpet so you aren’t dragging sand everywhere, and a VERY quiet, secluded spot.

So cute and welcoming! Open space and fully stocked . Close to everything but far enough for quiet. Beautiful porch for morning coffee and evening relaxation! Love this place!

10/10 loved this place so much! Had some unexpected weather and such on our vacation and got to hunker down in this adorable little house. It was so cozy and comfortable and Robyn is just amazing! Would 100% recommend and would definitely come again!

We stayed here for New Years because our dog does not like fireworks. This place was perfect. Far enough from noise, close enough to groceries and food, plus bonus animal neighbors that the dog loved. Planning on another stay in the future.

What stood out huh... well to be honest everything! The host was amazing along with the property... both provided a wonderful peaceful and relaxing environment and my dog loved running with the horses and donkey in the back yard.

Love this property! It's the second time we stayed and we'd definitely stay again! Well equipped kitchen. Great bathroom with double headed shower and separate soaking to tub. Lovely fenced in yard with what great for our pup! Nice donkeys and horses on the property which were fun to watch in the morning in the covered porch with morning cup of coffee!

This was the BEST rental I have ever been too, adorable great amenities( double head shower claw tub and horses!) so welcoming has everything you could need. 10/10 recommend.

Peaceful and relaxing

Very well taken care of home in a perfect setting for rest and relaxation all with a host who goes the extra mile. I would definitely recommend this stay.
