This is an excellent, well maintained property close to restaurants and stores. Everything was clean and in good working order. Communication was great throughout the trip. The host went above and beyond my expectations. There was coffee, tea available as well as some snacks and a notebook which was great for me to make a grocery list. Also, they provide a variety of toiletries in case you forget something which came in handy as both of us forgot our deodorant. The beds and pillows were comfortable, as well as the couch. The outside area had table complete with umbrella. The host went as far as adding some solar bug zappers and citronella outside to help deter mosquitos (which must have worked because I only saw maybe one). Only good things to say about this listing! Close enough also to drive to the beach for the day! Check in and check out process is so smooth and easy. The kids even enjoyed playing monopoly.I would definitely stay here again.

We had the pleasure of being the first guests for this property. The cottage was decorated with cozy touches but allowed us plenty of free space to put our belongings. We were greeted with a goodie basket of snacks to enjoy. The kitchen is very well stocked with spices, dishes, silverware, pots & pans. The coffee pot has drip and K choices. The kitchen is spacious and plenty of room for cooking and prep. The bedrooms have night stands with USB plugs to charge all your devices. The bathrooms have everything you need from towels to shampoo & conditioner. The living room has a comfortable couch and reclining chair. The TV is a smart TV so you can log into your favorite streaming service. There is plenty of parking if you have more than one car. The property is close to Publix grocery store. We loved the old house charm with the convenience of modern living. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Very impressed with the extra details the host provided you with during your stay here! Great location and a quiet peaceful area to stay during your trip to Milton! I will be staying here again when I come back to Milton. I’ve been traveling for work and staying at VRBO’s the last 6 years and this is the best customer service you can obtain.
