Gorgeous home

We loved staying at Aaron’s place. It’s not only beautiful, but has amazing bathrooms and the beds were wonderful.

Great place close to downtown

This was an amazing property, very close to downtown with cheap Uber. One of the best value homes in Nashville. We will definitely stay again!

A very nice place to stay!

What a great place to stay! The house was amazing with an awesome design and little extras to make your Nashville trip feel special. The Cowboy hats were a hit for sure. We door dashed dinner with no problems at all.

Cozy and charming house close to downtown

We were in town for a bachelorette and Aaron and Hanna’s place was perfect in terms of distance to downtown and any other part of town. The look and feel of the house was very cozy, and the couch and beds were super comfortable. The only slight downside is that the neighborhood is a bit unsafe to walk around the area. So ride sharing to and from the house is a must. Looks like they’re developing parts of the area though so the area may change. Otherwise, such a lovely house and the hosts were so responsive and accommodating!

Beautiful home

Super nice and clean house. All furniture(including beds) were extremely comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond on this place. They made our stay great. We were greeted with a thank you and some delicious cookies.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home, newly renovated. The only downside is location. Run down houses and across the street neighbors constantly have people over/cars parked on the street. The house itself was great!

Southern hospitality at its finest!

The hosts were super accommodating, I was pleasantly surprised through the whole process. The house still had a brand new smell and everything was top notch. They even left treats for us upon arrival. The streets were a little loud and busy which we weren’t expecting but we also didn’t realize how close it was to downtown. Overall great VRBO experience.

Spot for family visiting Nashville

We were in for a three day weekend to enjoy Nashville and for family members to run the rock ‘n’ roll marathon. The townhouse was bright, clean and provided much comfort and relaxation. It is very close to town, and the airport, no more than a 5 to 10 minute Uber to either of those areas. The beds were comfortable. The open living area was spacious and bright and the owner was very helpful and responsive. My only caveat would be the neighborhood is in a gentrification process and families with younger children may find it to be not optimal. That said, I would certainly come back and stay here again, everything was great working order, in great shape and clean and most importantly- facilitated a very enjoyable experience!

Nice House But Sketchy Neighborhood

Recently stayed for a bachelorette trip with 8 girls. The house is exactly as pictured and super nice but in a sketchy neighborhood. All of our Uber drivers warned us not to walk anywhere and to just go straight in and out of the house when we were coming or going. No incidents occurred but definitely something to keep in mind if you are going to stay here. Our hosts were extremely accommodating with letting us check out late and even surprised us with treats a couple times. Overall a good experience! Thank you!

Bachelorette

This property was beautiful!! Just outside of the city, only a 10 minute Uber to downtown. This made traveling with a large group pretty cheap! The house comfortably slept 8 girls, and the owners were amazing. They provided cookies, drinks, bagel delivery and were extremely responsive. They also allowed early check-in for us to decorate! Only downfall to the property is the neighborhood. It is a pretty rough area with drugs and violence. We only went out of the house to get in/out of Ubers, and were warned by every local driver to be safe. Other than the neighborhood, the house and hosts are 10/10!!

Fantastic hosts, great property, questionable neighborhood

These are probably the best hosts I’ve ever worked with on any travel site. Truly amazing communication and hospitality. I can’t stress enough how kind they were and how accommodating they were. The only downside to this property is the location. It’s a very poor neighborhood and there are unusual characters milling about in all hours of the day sand night. I wouldn’t say we ever felt like we were in danger, but we definitely took extra care not to leave anything in our cars and double padlock our uhaul. All this being said, I would come back to this property and I do recommend it, just maybe this isn’t a great place to come if you aren’t comfortable with/used to staying in impoverished neighborhoods.

Best place to stay!!!!!

This place was amazing and so beautiful house was perfect, owners was amazing, so close to Downtown this was a perfect weekend!!! I highly suggest renting this one because I will in future again.

Pass Through for a night

Absolutely appreciate the property owner and communication. One point to address concerns and questions quick. House was clean and decorated very well. Very sweet to leave fresh cookies from crumble cookies. It was a hit with the kids. The neighborhood is being revamped. That was only concern we had. We didn't personally have any issues.
